Our 15 plus year old Heating &Air Conditioning Unit went out abruptly in May, 2023. A friend recommended Dori's Heating & Air Conditioning. Dori himself picked up when I called. He came out the next day to assess our needs. He promised to replace it the following week and that it would take about a day and half. He did everything he promised. He is very honest. He showed up when he said he would. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend him without reservation!

Dori is a wonderful person- honest honest and honest! Also very Knowledgable….. he helped me sooooo much. Another company tried to scare me- telling me my system needed more than $4000 in repairs….. I am so grateful I found Dori….. he helped me and explained that there was nothing wrong with my system…. Dori is an angel!!!

I was told that I needed to replace a 3-ton HVAC system on my roof. I looked at four different quotes. Dori came to look at the system and confirmed that it could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Dori explained a lot of things I didn’t know, which was a great help. Dori’s quote was provided quickly and competitive. I did not hesitate to choose Dori’s quote. The job was done quickly and everything happened when and how Dori told me it would happen. I would not hesitate to recommend Dori to friends and neighbors.

Adrian from Dori's Heating & Air Conditioning did a super job in our house, prompt response, professional, honest, easy to talk and understand, he was quick and right to the point, reasonable rates and trustworthy. Dori was great to work with as he recommended and installed a roof package heat and AC system for our house, replacing an older unit. The other unit was really loud and caused vibrations that you could feel. He made sure the new unit was properly isolated from the roof by first placing a permanent pad that the unit sat on. He worked seamlessly with the crane operator to safely remove and replace the unit. The change was incredible. The next door neighbor thanked us as the noise reduction was significant. Dori also paired it with a Nest thermostat and changed out all the old duct grates. He was always there when he said he would be. The work was neat and exacting. He has an impressive foundation of knowledge in the business and he wanted us to have the best system for our house. We were very happy with the result and we highly recommend him.

Dori was on time, that's always a great start! He went right to work to find the issue with our unit. It had a freon leak. He gave us options on how to either fix or replace our system. He is very knowledgeable in his product and was affordable. Great experience! He offers great service plans as well. Thank you Dori!
