Excellent service every time! The first couple times I wasn't ready for the expense of replacing my AC, so they refilled it and got me through the summer each time. This year, I was ready to replace it and was scheduled quickly and had me running within a few hours.
My family hired this company to replace our ac system last year. This year the ac is not working. We we let them know two months ago that there has been an issue, it took 3 weeks just to get a service call, then an additional 2 weeks for them to contact me about the repair. Now, it's a thousand degrees out, and the company is telling me that they will not start the repair until they have cash in hand upfront for the parts. I understand wanting to collect an upfront partial payment for service to get started. I feel this company is discriminatory, and I've been treated poorly by this company and would not recommend. Their customer service is awful. I have an elderly woman at home who has been very uncomfortable. I was a basically accused of being too poor to pay for their services and told that they "don't do financing" . I have always been prepared to pay in full for the repair once completed. I never requested financing, payment plans, discounts or refunds. My only request was to start the repairs so my mother could be comfortable in her home. If you take your car to a mechanic you pay for parts and labor after the job is done. This has been the worst experience I've had with any hvac company I've ever hired. If you want quality work, professionalism, and compassion, find another company because this guy doesn't have it unless you have a nice big house in a rich neighborhood. Updates: hired another company this morning and they had my ac up and running in 45 minutes flat. For a fraction of the cost Donnelly quoted, turns out the system was wired incorrectly so the furnace was kicking on and blowing heat when the ac was trying to blow cold.
