Held my breathe as I went thru our warranty company and have not had best of luck before. This time was easy and fast. I have to give Done-Rite 5(+) stars; quick to get out to see me and quick to fix the issue. They answer when you call and they are friendly- not acting like me calling is an inconvenience. I have to say hands down, best HVAC company I have dealt with in quite a long while. I now have another separate issue and they are quick to respond and scheduled me in quickly. I do recommend these folks.
Our heating system went down a couple days before Christmas. Done Rite was dispatch through our Home Warranty. Mike showed up the same day and diagnosed the problem quickly and had to special order a new part that is specific to my unit. We were of course concerned about the approaching weekend and extremely cold weather, but I will say Mike was efficient and respectful. His wife was calm and very transparent when I called multiple times to ask about the shipment status. She even stepped outside to look for the delivery after we got off the phone. On top of that they were genuinely concerned about getting their customers situated before the holiday! We got lucky the part was delivered in time and they could fit us in. Can’t imagine the schedule the techs were running that week, but appreciate the effort to get things done right and done quickly!
The technician did not do the diagnosis properly and made false report. Instead of checking the connection of all components to the HVAC board, recommended to replace.
We have had Mike from Done Rite come out to us several times in the past few years through our Home Warranty company and have been thoroughly impressed with his professionalism every single time. He is efficient and always takes the time to answer our questions as we learn about how our system works and the problems it has. He takes the time to show us the issue and explain the solution. We have even asked for quotes for other work by the company as a result. We highly recommend Done Rite!

Done Rite Heating and Cooling was dispatched to diagnose and repair our gas furnace by our home warranty company. Unfortunately we have needed them three times this winter. Each time it was a different problem, HOWEVER they were correct in their diagnosis each time, efficient in the repair and always arrived within the window of time they quoted us. Everyone we have dealt with at Done Rite has treated us professionally. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others in need of their services.
Beware I was assigned this company through a warranty and they do not service townhomes?? Why would that be??Same systems a any other house!
They were sent out to fix our HVAC through our home warranty. They were professional and went out of their way to ensure our issue was fixed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend these guys! They are knowledgeable and friendly and get the work done as soon as they possibly can.
Paid $100 for misdiagnosed issue. Mike Bittner clearly didn’t take the time or have the experience properly to diagnose my issue as he only spent 5 mins with a multimeter looking at my air handler. In order to properly diagnosis my issue he would have needed a specialty motor tester as my unit has an X-13 motor. He claimed the issue was the relay control board however it was not the board nor was the board bad as he claimed. He clearly came for a quick $100 and left. He was also rude when asking what issues I was experiencing, when I said the blower constantly runs he questioned me as if I was an idiot. I would never recommend this business not spend a penny with them. Hope you enjoyed the beer you purchased with my money.
Excellent customer service! They go out of their way to help the customer. I could not have asked for a more kinder and knowledgeable hvac contractor! If you have to wait a day or two for an appt - wait! It is definitely worth the wait to get your system done right by good people!
Mike has always been prompt and helpful when fixing our ac. He is extremely hard working and helpful! Thank you Mike!!!!
