My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. Don was willing to fit me into his schedule the same day (a Saturday) that I called. He even showed up an hour before he initially stated. Don was pleasant, kept us informed on his plan and what he found at each step. He is very knowledgeable and follows through. We are very grateful to have found him.
I’d called Don last summer when we had an issue with one AC right in the middle of a heatwave. I was pleased that he could come within a day and fixed the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. So when our second AC unit started giving us issues, I immediately reached out to Don. He again quickly fixed the issue and got us more filters so the unit would be more efficient. I appreciate his help, explanation and options offered. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing heating and/or AC help.

May 27 2020 had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with Don. After being pretty much shafted by another co. I found Don's heating and air. He scheduled the appointment promptly and showed up on time . Went over the problem with me gave me a solution to fit my budget and took care of the problem. He was fair and honest and will definitely get my future business.
