Our heat on our main level went out last night during frigid temperatures. I called Don's Heating & Air during lunch today. Brian met me at the house at 2:30. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and kind. We now have warmth for our family. I highly recommend this company.

When our air conditioner stopped working upstairs where my room was, it was so hot that I could not sleep well that night. The next morning, my dad called Don's heat and air, and to my surprise they came in very shortly after he called them. They fixed it in no time! Larry was very nice and professional just like Brian who was then on a well deserved vacation. My dad only uses Don's heat and air because they're so good and he trusts their work quality not only for our residential property but also for his commercial business building! Keep up the good work and thank you so much. I will sleep much better tonight!
I hate that the guy 3 years ago had such terrible service. That is the only review on here and after the technician left my home after a rush call I decided to write another review. I purchased a home that Don's Heating & Air had installed both Carrier units. The house is getting close to 10 years old now. We bought the house April of 2011. We had a second baby in April as well. In July of 2011 the capacitor on the upstairs until went out and they came right out to fix it. This morning (6/30/12) I woke up to 78 degrees in our downstairs. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old. I called Don's Heating & Air right away and they worked me in on a Saturday when it is supposed to hit over 100 degrees today. Their pricing is fair and they are always really nice. The same guy (Brian) that came out last year even remember not to ring the door bell because my wife works weekend nights and is sleeping. I honestly don't know how much better service you could possibly get. They have won a customer for life out of me. I couldn't be happier with Don's heating & Air. If you live in the Advance, Clemmons, Winston-Salem area I would give them a call with any problems you are having. They are based out of East Bend, NC and not sure how far out they service, but I live in Advance.
