They came Jax fl to blackshear ga. Installed new ac . Could not get any warranty work done . Called don and he said gave me Bobby’s number . Talked to him on several occasions. Finally had to GIVE up . Fixed now by someone else . Warranty for labor is up on 1/30/22 . This unacceptable business practice!

If you can go on Youtube and learn how to fix it yourself, you may be better off. We paid for a new a/c. Unfortunately, the thermostat doesn't work. We've been trying to get someone out to fix it for a week and a half. We keep getting appointments from the owner, waiting all day, but have yet to see anyone. Then we asked that if he can't make it and he can't get someone out, to call and let us know so we're not stuck waiting. No call, no show. Now they're not even answering our calls. Lousy business and worse owner.

Be very careful! I made the mistake of paying in advance and have been jerked around by their manager, Brian, for months. I'm not positive it will ever get done. I call Don who only refers me back to Brian who is not doing the work. It is shameful and I'm not sure any of the positive reviews are real. Buyer beware.

We called Don’s Air Conditioning and Heat Inc in Jacksonville on two separate occasions for a service call. Someone called Bryan with Don’s said he’d come out and never showed. We called Dons because they installed our unit in 2013. Terrible customer service or should I say NO customer service. The Spicers in Fernandina Beach Fla.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. We spent over $1200 and we still don't have AC working. First they said the system needed to be charged and sealed because it had a leak and it needed more coolant in it. So they did that, it didn't work because it still didn't work after they did all of that. Then they found another leak and said the evaporator coil needed to be replaced so they did that....Less than 40 min later the outside compressor started making a god awful noise & the whole thing stopped running. They came back out and the same tech confirmed the compressor was working in perfect condition prior, now I needed to replace the compressor. The tech John even admitted that the owner's son who had been with him earlier had made a vital mistake that had caused the compressor to most likely go out. After expressing my frustration and telling them they needed to do the right thing and fix it he assured me that the owner would & he said I would be the first call the next am. The next am came and went didn't hear from anyone. I kept calling and getting the run around. I couldn't get the owner on the phone for anything. Then it came about that the owner didn't want to take responsibility for what his employees had done. Over a week without AC, and it being 97 degrees upstairs and having kids, my anger and frustration was through the roof. The owner kept hanging up on us and just refused to stop taking our phone calls and told us to take him to court. and that was it. Our checks had cleared and we had no AC unit. They had our money and we had no AC unit. My suspicion is they have done this a million times before. Not to mention how unprofessional they were, smoking on our property without asking if it is. John the tech was telling us the owner;s son had mental issues and had pulled a knife of him that day and cursed out another client, the list could go on and on. We ended up having to have 2 other companies come out to look at the unit and they confirm

Spent $1200 and still no air. Very unprofessional and I am irrate to say the least. First they said system needs to be charged and sealed, after that didn't work they found a leak, replaced the evaporator coil, less than 40mins later the outside compressor starts making a god aweful noise, then stopped running. Called they sent same tech out who confirmed the compressor was in perfect working condition prior, to tell me now I need a compressor. After expressing my frustration and telling them they need to do the right thing they still said I need to pay to swap it out. Over a week with this...kids in a house of 92plus degrees and still no resolve. The tech had the owner's son with him, who apparently pulled a knife on him. Techs sit on the back porch smoking forcing me to keep the kids in the front yard. I will never, ever recommend such horrid service to anyone. We r still stuck having spent $1200 and ZERO FIX. I am a small business owner and I could never imagine doing this to a family. STAY AWAY.... Edit: had a different air conditioning company come out to find that they didn't even have parts installed that should have been there. They left line unfastened and even took out the fire alarms out of the ceiling and left them on the ground. Took wiring off at the outside unit and left the wires exposed touching the air conditioning housing tripping the fuses I tried reaching out to the tech and the owner they both said that they were finished and kept hanging up on us, they also evacuated all of the freon that we paid for and refuse to come back out
