Our A/C unit needed replacing. Brian came out and looked at our old unit. He was very helpful dealing with my insurance and replaced my unit at a fair price. I will be using him again.
Brian was fast,honest and reliable. He came out to my house on short notices and was more than fair on the service charge. I read a review from earlier, how a customer didn't like how he was charged, I think he wanted something for nothing because Brian was the most honest AC guy that I have met. He even showed me some general maintenance tips for FREE. I will use and recommend this company for all future repairs.

I would definitely recommend this company. I called about a repair and he was at my house within 30 mins. He diagnosed the problem and had my unit back running within an hour. Very reasonably priced for great service, I'll be calling this company for any of my hvac needs.
Brian Vestal is a class act. I left a VM on Sunday afternoon, and he responded within the hour. He was onsite Monday morning, and had our unit serviced and repaired in no time. Very professional, courteous and reasonable. Thank you, Brian.

Upon pumping down the freon for our unit to be moved we were told $250. When coming out to recharge our unit we ended up paying $400! We knew we'd have to pay a little extra for freon because we added a little line. But the kicker is, he also charged $70 for a 1ft piece of wire and charged it as a thermal lock replacement. Basically, he charged us for the entire thermal replacement KIT when he only used a small wire out of it. I watched as he did this. He did not ask if we wanted this done or tell us the cost of anything extra, he just did it and then said, this is what you owe. Not very professional either, complained because we had a friend of ours, who is a licensed AC repair man, do the extension to our lines and replace the drier on the unit. Wish we would've just had him pump it down to begin with, even he stated we got ripped off and said he wouldn't have paid him because he never discussed the extra charges or asked if we wanted him to do the extra stuff. And no, he didn't say that to make money because he didn't even charge us for what he did.
