Thank you Matt and the team at Doctor Cool for the QUICK response and efficient work in getting us back in the “cool”. The technician fixed our problem and left no clean up behind. It’s a pleasure to work with Doctor Cool and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC help.

Doctor Cool has done previous work for us. This time Doctor Cool did a outside and inside system replacement. They took great care to keep things clean and were careful to not cause inside damage. On time with the right parts and ready to work. Thank You.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Technicians arrived at my house to fix my A/C while I was at work. The technician braised a coil with no ventilation causing Carbon Monoxide to fill my home with pets inside! The alarm was going off and they left without even notifying me that it was going off. The carbon monoxide alarm sounded for an hour and a half before I realized it was going off by checking my house cameras and got my pets fresh air. Do not use these people! Completely unprofessional and will more than likely harm your loved ones!
Had a capacitor blow and Dr Cool was able to send someone out the same day. The technician arrived on time, was great about explaining what he was doing, and the pricing was fair. Will def use them again.

I cannot recommend Matt and his team at Dr Cool enough. Professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Matt came out to my house the day I reached out to them, and put in the work immediately. I had even prefaced that I figured we needed a new A/C unit entirely, but Matt quickly and honestly concluded that it wasn’t the case. Instead, he diagnosed a number of issues that I had never even considered - from cleaning my A/C unit, to ductwork repair, to maximizing airflow through the house. That kind of honesty and expertise in the service industry is as rare as it is appreciated. And he saved me some serious cash. Now, I’m typing this up from the cool comfort of my optimized HVAC just hours after the guys finished up. 10/10 Dr Cool will be my go-to for HVAC issues and maintenance moving forward.
My apartment complex used this company to fix the air conditioner in my unit. When they they finished there were ceiling pieces all over the kitchen floor, countertop, and in the eyes of the stove. Thankful for them fixing my air, but was not expecting to come home to a mess in my kitchen to clean up!
I had a problem with my condenser not working. My wife called Doctor Cool in the morning and Matt came out that day just a couple of hours to look at it. He immediately was able to find the issue. The compressor had burned up. He went inside to check the rest of the system and informed me that there was no need to replace the entire unit just the condenser. He got me a quote that afternoon and was able to come out and install the next morning in less than an hour. I highly recommend using as he is honest, professional, and offers fair prices. Will be using again for all my heating and air need.
Our AC stopped blowing cool air one evening last week, so the next morning we called Dr. Cool, who family members highly recommended. Chris was able to come to our house within an hour of our call, and he resolved the issue quickly (replaced the capacitor). Both Chris and Matt are extremely professional and friendly - we were thankful to have cool air again so quickly and will definitely call them in the future!
Dr. Cool was very responsive showing up the morning after I called him the evening before. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which I knew to be an issue with leaking coils) and provided a quote for a new system that day. Installation of new AC condenser & furnace were completed the day after. Workers were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Cool for your HVAC needs.
Chris was fabulous today! We had an issue with the AC yesterday evening, and after calling around 0830 this morning to request a work-in he arrived by 0930. Problem solved in under an hour. Doctor Cool came highly recommended by a friend in the construction business, and I can see why all reviews are 5 stars.
I cannot say enough about their quality of service!!!! They’ve done everything for us from regular maintenance to installing a new HVAC unit and most recently repairing some wiring and installing a new thermostat in our new house!!!! Any time we’ve had an issue they respond immediately and send someone out ASAP!!! We will ALWAYS use and recommend Dr. Cool Heating & AC Services!!!!!
