You can count on them to meet your needs! We had a complete new HVAC multi unit mini split system installed and when it came to an issue Doug/Deanna/and the team where always quick fast and professional to fix the problem. Great company and you should support your local small business!!

Doane's has been our go-to A/C service company for 5 years. We have over a dozen commercial properties with 75+ tenants. Doane's has always been professional, reliable, and reasonable. Doug and Deena Doane are great to work with, and we look forward to a long professional relationship with them.
We are incredibly thankful to have found Doane's. They installed a complete new system with ducts in our house and have been out to repair the a/c at our other property. They have always been timely to respond and show up. They diagnose issues and find solutions quickly. Everyone is also very friendly which is a bonus. We highly recommend Doane's.

Doane's HVAC was incredibly fast with a response. The technician was prompt, sent an on the way text, very professional, knowledgeable and effective. He had us fixed very quickly. The cost was very reasonable for the fast, friendly service provided. I'd definitely use Doane's HVAC again.
We use to have problems with out AC every year then 3 years ago we switched to Doane's and haven't had a single problem since.

These folks did very high quality work (AC system replacement) at our rental house for an extremely fair price. There were some very rare equipment issues stemming from the manufacturer and Doane handled everything about the warranty process on our behalf. Service was prompt and reliable. They are very trustworthy and would highly recommend!

These guys are the best. I have been using them for years at my restaurant. They do excellent work, are reliable and will not leave you in the lurch. Unlike most trades people, they will get the job done in as little time as possible and only charge for what needs to be fixed. On several occasions, I have had air conditioning emergencies in the middle of summertime when people did not want to sit in an 80 degree dining room and they got to me in an extra quick time. They take pride in their work and reputation and are very nice people. I highly recommend them to any one looking for ice machine or air conditioning service. Bruce Karlin
Deena in the office guided me first of all through the details of payment in a very helpful and kind and considerate manner. I was in another city and needed her feed back and recommendation. The installation was a little bumpy but was taken care of efficiently and to my satisfaction. The system seems to be working well and I look forward to a great outcome. Steve the installer was polite and pleasant as well.

After I moved to Florida my a/c died. Doane's was highly recommended and they came out as promised and repaired my aging system during several trips but it finally died for good. They were able to locate a new system despite delays in getting equipment, installed it and my system is running like clockwork and I am very, very happy. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service or installation of heating and air conditioning.
Courteous, Honest, Reliable. He has helped me at both of my properties. A different A/C company tried to sell me a new A/C system for thousands of dollars and Doug fixed the coolant issue for less than $100.

We hired Doanes HVAC to put in an all new air conditioning system in the house we were remodeling, and we could not be more pleased with the experience or the final product. Doug was extremely professional, always prompt in returning our calls, and overall went above and beyond in his work. He took the time to explain everything to us, was patient with us even when we made some last minute changes to our plans, and worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done on time (other work in the house was contingent on his completion). He was honest, kind, professional and calm throughout the whole process. Overall, Doug and his company provided us an outstanding service and service experience. We would highly recommend him.

I would give zero stars if possible. I called this guy to come to our office to look at our ice machine on Monday, he said he would call me back. He didn't. Called him on Tuesday and he said he would be out that day. No call, no show. I called him Weds and I said he was a no call/no show for two days and I was going to call someone else. He said Good Luck and hung up on me. So Unprofessional!
