Did a great job replacing my old furnace, 5 stars
Hvac unit installed two summers ago. Had to have 2 repairs already. Called Daniel for service and this was the response " You should have done maintenence on your hvac" and " don't call me again". Charges what a proffessional company would charge without any professionalism or customer service. Might as well find a company that will have some warranty on their work and not deal with this DND company. Hvac unit should last longer than 2 years.
Daniel was awesome and came out quickly and exactly on time! His customer service is exceptional and pricing beat nearby competitors. I highly recommend DND for any heat/air services and will only use him from now on.
I called, and the next morning they came and fixed my AC basically trouble-free.
DND Heating & Air Conditioning is the first company in over 5 years and countless companies through Sears Blue Crew to accurately and thoroughly service our air conditioning unit. The unit now cools and cuts off as designed to do saving us a tremendous amount of money on our electric bill. Every part (internal and external) was checked and cleaned or replaced as necessary. Thank you for a job well done! I highly recommend this company!!!!

Danny did a great job installing Registers, Ductwork, 2 Heat Pumps, 2 Air Handlers & 2 Thermostats. I would recommend him and use him for any future projects.
Great man who knows what he is doing. He was sent to me by my warranty company after my hot water heater stopped working. He’s efficient and is honest. I highly recommend him as he is someone who will not cut corners and will do it right the first time. Thanks so much!!!!!

My A/C broke down and I reported it to my Home Warranty Company and they reached out to DND. The very next day Daniel came from Knoxville to Sevierville . He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and within 1 hour the problem was fixed . Everything is to my satisfaction and I am grateful to Daniel for his fast response to the service call.
He was definitely great with troubleshooting the problem and fixing it. I could tell he was a professional HVAC technician from the first second he came to my house. He is very friendly, honest and will save you ton of money. I will definitely call him again whenever I need help. Thank you!
They take care of all our hvac unit's and coolers for the last couple of years. I always recommend them to other store owners and they are also very happy with there service.
They just came out this week. It got hot all of a sudden and my AC wasn't working. I found DND on a Google search and I'm glad they were the first I called. Danny the owner came out and was really professional. He found out why the cold air wasn't working and had it fixed in 15 minutes! Thank you
Danny is my hero! My heat was not working and it was freezing! I called Danny and he answered right away. It was later in the day before a holiday weekend and he was there 30 mutes later with his adorable daughter in tow as they were on the way to dinner. He was able to get the heat working for the time being and until I could get a new thermostat to be installed. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. An amazing work ethic and quick to respond. I am recommending him to anyone and everyone I know for work. Thanks Again!
I was having a problem with my heat not working, they came out and told me what was wrong for FREE and gave me a price for a new Motor. I had 2 other people look at it and they would only say I needed to spend $6,000 on a new unit. Thanks for saving me money Highly recommend there service
