Was able to provide same day service and got the home cool in no time.
In ridiculous heat, he was patient, explained everything so well and most importantly...fixed the A/C!!
David & his crew were great. Knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. The cost was reasonable for a new evaporator coil and condenser unit. Didn’t try to upsell me or feed me any BS. He identified the problem, told me what I needed then showed up on time and worked all day in my 105° attic. David also threw in and new thermostat since mine is from the 70’s. They will be my go to guys for any future heating & A/C needs.
Called this morning with a broken AC unit and he had it fixed by mid afternoon. Great service.

DND Air recently installed a new ac and furnace for us and they did a great job! We were having ac issues and David came out right away to diagnosis the issue. He walked me through the problem and explained our options. They quickly came and installed a new ac unit and furnace. Everyone was very nice and did a great job. The prices were great compared with the other quotes we got and the quality was very good as well. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

Dave came out the day after I messaged. He was able to give me options from fixing for now to replacing our whole system. There was no pressure and our air conditioner is running as good as ever.

No one ever wants to spend money on heating system repairs but if you have to, call David. He’s professional, very thorough and honest. My only complaint is he wasn’t the one who installed all of our HVAC equipment when the house was built or we wouldn’t have needed him today! If I could give 10 stars, I would.
David was extremely patient listening to our rather lengthy story regarding our problem with the heating system. He assured us that they would get the problem fixed and sent a technician out that day! Steven arrived that afternoon. He was very nice and was able to diagnose our Trane error code. He explained everything in detail and was upfront and honest throughout the process. Steven called us the day after the repair to check on us and see if the system was working properly! My mother in law’s heater was not working properly. This happened 2 days before Christmas. I called DND and David came out that afternoon and looked at the unit. Very nice and professional. Let us know what exactly was needed. Unfortunately the unit was older and to get the part would take longer than we anticipated. He gave us a quote for a new unit on the Tuesday after Christmas, found a unit on that Wednesday and had it installed on that Friday. All the while calling and letting us know exactly what was going on. He came Friday and was there all day installing the unit and making sure everything was working properly before he left. Him and his helper Jeremy were very professional courtesy and very nice. Cleaned up afterwards left no mess. We were more than happy and pleased. We very highly recommend DND for any of you A/C or heating needs. We will definitely be using them again.
During the December 2022 negative temps., a few days before Christmas, our upstairs heating system went out. DND called to notify us that they were on their way to assess the system. A part was needed and they were able to obtain the part soon after, even with the parts place’s shortened holiday hours. I appreciate DND and will use them again!
I’m extremely pleased with the work that David performed in our home. When the HVAC system went out ,we were referred to DND.David was there for us the next day and installed anew 16 sir system in adopt 6 hours. It’s very efficient and quite.I highly recommend this company.

Our A/C went out. I called 5 vendors and texted a trusted neighbor asking for a reference. 3 vendors got it touch but where no help. The 4th call was from DND as the neighbor had happened to be talking to them that morning asking for reference for a different home repair. She gave them my # they were in the area and said they could come by in 10 minutes. After thorough examination they diagnosed correctly, ordered what was needed and installed on time and as promised. Even followed up to check all was well the next day. Very friendly and professional.
David and his team were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. They fixed multiple issues that came up and did everything they could to make sure my AC installation went as smooth as possible. Definitely would recommend them for any AC issues you have.

My problem is that you don’t honor warranty work. I have contacted your office many times. We now have a wall that is ruined by the water. To top it off, we can’t find any other AC company that will service a mini split that they did not install. The bonus to all this is that the customer I’m referring to is also your aunt.
