Our A/C was out for three days. We had tried a different company in town, who came out and said it was an electrical problem they couldn't fix. No other HVAC company could come out for three or more days. DNA was recommended by a neighbor, and they answered immediately on a Saturday, came over in a couple hours, fixed it while explaining everything to us, and charged less than another business that didn't even provide a fix. So grateful we found this business!

Derek was very professional, thorough, and transparent. He took the time to fully diagnose the problem and explain it to me in an easily understandable manner. He was prompt and always courteous, and he demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of our aged HVAC system. I highly recommend him and his company.

Derrick and the DNA team are super friendly and knowledgeable. They really took their time to investigate the issues and I’m very happy with their work.
I had a very bad situation: renters moving in in days, a broken oil furnace, and the HVAC technician couldn't figure it out. So I switched to DNA & they saved the day. Derek refused to be defeated by my furnace - I could it tell it just bothered him that it wouldn't start. He worked long hours over the weekend and by Sunday it was up and running! I look forward to working with DNA in the future.
I learned so much from their visit and inspection and cleaning of our HVAC system. We received a very detailed walk through of the services they performed and the recommendations they made. I never felt rushed when asking detailed questions about our system nor did I feel like I was being pushed to purchase any upgrades or new equipment. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance or repairs!

The HVAC heating did not work in the middle of January and Derek was able to come out the next day. Worked on it all day until it was fixed and listed out all the problems. He had excellent customer service and I will be calling him back the next time I have an issue. 10/10 would recommend!
