I was happy with the service I received from D.N. Heating and Air Conditioning. They were prompt and professional. They repaired my air conditioner quickly and offered advice on how to keep it running well. Kind and pleasant demeanor. I would definitely call on them again in the future.
They are extremely rude, passive aggressive, and lack any customer service ability. Do not use this company unless you want to be spoken down to, hung up on, and told, “whatever” when trying to explain your needs. They were contracted though a home warranty company and failed to respond or schedule an appointment for days, which left me without air conditioning in 105 degree forecasted days for almost a week. They created excuses about their delay and failed to even provide a report to the home warranty company because they wanted to exercise their “power” to determine whether or not my claim was going to be covered or not. Their technician told me plain and simple that the AC unit needed replaced and then their management/customer service personnel, because of their attitude toward me, decided the technician couldn’t file the report for the home warranty because I was forced to use another company to replace my air so I could live in my house again. They lacked any amount of empathy. All the equipment had just been taken out of my home moments prior to their appointment to look at the unit and the technician said he had everything he needed, including pictures of the diagnostics and proof that the AC needed to be replaced. The technician told me it all needed replaced and that he had everything he needed. This company is just mad they’re not getting the work themselves and, rather than doing the right thing, they are claiming they don’t have what they need for the report. Greedy, rude, inhuman behavior. Do not use.
Difficult to deal with office doesn't answer return calls, once they came out it was ok but...omg
Mike's team did a wonderful, professional, job with repairing/replacing our A/C and installing all new ducts. (They were recommended by our home warranty company). At our request, they installed a new Nest thermostat and Mike took 20 minutes to show me how to use it. Two-day job and they were on time both days. They cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Terrie techs. Did a very professional job replacing our heater. I would highly recommend them.
DN Heating and Air Conditioning was assigned to me by Old Republic Home Protection. I just figured out my A/C wouldn't start the Sunday before Memorial Day, the technician from DN Heating Air came very early ON Memorial Day. He was professional and on time, diagnosed the issue, explained it cleary to me and fixed it in about 1 hr.
DN heating and air responded to my home for a quote and provided additional helpful information about our system. Others would have charged fees, but DN provided professional knowledge and experience! I would definitely recommend there services to anyone in need!!
Mike and Cesar came round to check on my system. It was an easy fix (clogged filter) and they are returning this weekend to clean the system. They arrived on time, friendly, prices are very reasonable and know what they are doing. 5 stars!
Company makes excuses on why they don't want to honor awarranty their work. I recommend any other company as you'll have better results should something fail down the line.
This guy is not reliable. He gives you an appointment one week from the date you call him. Then on the day he is supposed to show up he will give you a lame excuse to postpone the appointment for another day. I told him no thank you. I cannot afford to waste any more time waiting for you only to be postponed again.
