Duan was incredibly responsive, saved me from having to shut down my business when my AC stopped working during one of the hottest months of the year, and he was thorough in all of his work! Highly recommend!!
We have used DMV for a couple repairs. They were able to make necessary repairs to keep our 25 year old unit up and running for us. When it finally did it’s time after 30 years DMV Mechanical came in on our request and change the system out seamlessly and quickly. They are professional and communicate well. They also took care of so many small details that we wouldn’t have noticed or paid attention to until years later. They are so personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for all AC repair and installation needs.

Fantastic service and reasonable pricing
My parents called DMV Mechanical for an estimate to replace their heater and air conditioner which was recommended by two other HVAC companies. He came out (early :)) to take a look and thanks to Duan’s knowledge and honesty he determined only a small part needs to be replaced for a fraction of the cost of the entire system. My parents will be hiring him and so will I if the need ever arises. And we will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an HVAC recommendation.

I wanted to convert from an oil to gas boiler. Duan came out right away and got an estimate to us within the day. After we decided to go with DMV, he made time for us within a week. He and his helper were very polite. Within 3 days our system was completely redone. They had to do some extra stuff to get us set up properly- and he kept me informed of everything they were doing. His work is very clean, well done, and incredibly professional. I am extremely happy with the result!!! I will definitely be calling him in the future!!
The best experience I had. Duan is very professional and straight forward. He answers the phone himself and easy to schedule. He gets to the bottom of the problem and can give real advice. Would call again for any of my properties.

Fast, fair and honest, the latter being rare in the industry. Called out of the blue in the morning of service from a random search on the web, AC struggling. Duan and crew arrived 3 hours later, fit us in schedule since a near 100 degree heat wave was upon us. They cleaned the outside unit, not a refrigerate leak, immediate cooler house, unit quiet. Now here is the rare part, quoted a price to come out as do everyone, but unlike Neffsville and others, no requirement to pay up front with credit card. Also he charged only for the service performed, the flat service fee was waved. Now that is honest and very fair, and frankly rare in Lancaster from my experience. When your furnace or AC wont blow.... call Duan not the paid advertising "pros" he will get the job done at an honest rate. Thanks Duan

Duan was very prompt knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. He responded and fixed our issue quickly. He checked out are AC unit completely found the problem and fixed it. I was 100% satisfied with Duan after fixing my broken heater. He was quick, respectful and professional, and explained to me how the system works. All it took was a simple fix to something that had originally been installed incorrectly, and he made sure it was all working properly before leaving. He seems to be very honest about what is needed and I will definitely recommend and use DMV in the future!
Take the time to read all of these reviews- they're what prompted me to call DMV. Duan is a mechanic who cares about a job even after he's left. Call him for any problem you may have with heating, cooling, or refrigeration. He knows his stuff!
Finding a trustworthy repair company to work on an AC unit isn't always an easy thing, but I did exactly that when I contacted DMV Mechanical. I have a 20 + year unit and figured whoever came out would tell me I need a new system, but Duan was able to get it running and saved me a ton of money. He is friendly, honest and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Great experience. Got out right away to troubleshoot my A/C which was not working at all. He replaced a capacitor and had me back in business quickly. He ran the unit and checked everything out before leaving. Very courteous. Would use them again.
After calling two other places (one which was way overpriced and another who only works day hours), I Called DMV. Duan came out that same day I called. He was always willing to work around my schedule and was always on time. Duan explained things clearly so I would understand what he was doing and what all my options where. He is very knowledgable and educated me on how my AC worked. Prices are good and feel that he was always honest with me. Had to deal with a warranty situation and he took care of that for me. Didn't have to contact the manufactuer once. I will use him in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who needs service.

I made an appointment to service my air conditioner recently through DMV Mechanical Company. I received exceptional service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, honest, and fair with me throughout. Compared to previous experiences with other contractors before, I was truly impressed...and would gladly recommend them to anybody seeking out air conditioner service!
