Honest pricing and great customer service
Our AC failed during 100 degree weather. We contacted DML and they had a technician out within a few hours. Kevin very quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part in his van. We were up and running again in just a few minutes. Thank you!
DML Services installed a ductless heating and cooling system in our home in 2021. Owner (Doug) is an expert at solving ventilation challenges, in our case, a 3 level dome. He also went above and beyond to loan us a portable A/C unit while we waited for the units to come in during the record summer heat wave. Doug and his team are some of the best professionals in town. Experienced, responsive, and efficient. They also were able to do the project for 25% less than the other HVAC companies that provided quotes. We have recommended DML to others and they have had a good experience as well.
Sam took my call after hours, went to DML office to ensure the technician on call would respond promptly to my 89 year old father's heater issue. The technician, Kevin, and Sam went above and beyond to provide service and ease our concerns. Thank you DML.
DML came to the rescue when my A/C quit running on a 100+ degree day. The issue ended up being a bad compressor that was 14 years old, and was no longer produced. Bill found a modern replacement that would work with my Carrier Infinity system so I didn't have to buy a completely new system, and had it installed and working the next day. Great, reliable company that has earned my business.
Doug was wonderful when we met with him to discuss our AC issues. He was thorough and gave us several options to fix the problem. The men who came to do the work were professional, courteous and tidied up after themselves. When the work was completed we could not be happier. The results were exactly what we asked for and solved the problems we were experiencing. Would and will recommend DML to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

DML did an AMAZING job!! Called them when my water heater from 1981 finally quit working. They had someone at my house within 30 minutes, and had the water heater replaced the same day. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they were very polite and friendly. They never made me feel as though I was being sold something I didn't need, and explained the entire process in a way I could understand. Would highly recommend DML for all your HVAC and Water Heater needs. And a special thank you to Kevin for being so wonderful to work with!!

The bid was very reasonably priced and the AC unit selected for the install was the perfect size for the square footage - Doug didn't try to sell us the most expensive model - he sold us the model we needed. Nice! The DML Services installation team was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. Very pleased with the results!

I highly recommend DML for any HVAC work that you might need. We live in an older house and the boiler and mini split units have been neglected for quite some time. As a result, our boiler had become unreliable and the mini splits were not securely fastened when they were installed. We contacted them for a quote and Doug and Bill came over and inspected our systems. The quote seemed more than reasonable for the work being done. We accepted and the rest is history. The DML management and crew were considerate, punctual, hard working and a pleasure to talk with. We have signed up for their continued maintenance. I would not hesitate in recommending or using them again!
DML has earned my business for anything related to my heating/cooling needs. On time, took the time to understand what needed to be done, was able to suggest a system that worked perfectly and matched the size of space that we were trying to condition. Doug, the owner himself came out to provide the bid. Along with taking his time to understand our needs he provided a more competitive bid than 3 other well know companies in the valley. Along with that he was also very responsive in answering questions after the bid was submitted. I can't say enough about how good the experience was with him. Next comes the installer, Max. Along with installing that perfect unit into our building he also moved our current unit to the other side of the house so the snow would not fall into the top of it. We have had other quotes to move that system before with outrageous bids. Doug included this cost into the cost of the new system, making it completely affordable. Max spent the time needed to make both systems amazing. The routing of the pipes look great, not distracting the look at all. It was a little bit more time consuming than what they estimated but the job was not rushed, he took the time to complete it, came back the next day, wrapped up everything and finished to total satisfaction. It's been several months now since the work was completed. Both systems are operating as they should be with no problems encountered. Thank you Doug, Max and the entire DML team! You guys rock.
Doug and his team bring a great deal of knowledge and experience. The install of the Furnace and AC was prompt, and the team took extra care to integrate the new system seamlessly. I wanted to find a better way to route a drain line and they found a better way. I trust this crew. Thank you DML.
DML came and looked at our furnace, they found it had died completely. So they came the very next day and installed a new one. The process was painless and done right! Our house is nice and toasty again! Thanks again Max ( I believe that was the right name) You did an amazing job!
