Love DMC. Reliable work. Friendly. Fair prices.
Ricky was through and found a minor problem that could have escalated into a failure this summer during the hottest months. This could have cost us an emergency visit and a lot more money. He replace $40 part before failure and we can sleep in comfort both in the AC and mind. Service was On-Time, Quick and he was very kind and courteous. Highly recommend DMC Services Inc for any of your HVAC needs. Thanks DMC!

Was having difficulties with our contractor completing the new addition HVAC. Called DMC and the quote and install was quickly performed! Have used this company in the past for Industrial work also and they have always performed in a professional and cost effective manner! Would recommend their services.

We called DMC when AB May told us we would have to replace our hot water heater to the tune of $5,000. DMC replaced some parts to the tune of $800, but it still wouldn't work. However, they came back to the house a half a dozen times until they figured it out. It took a while, but they cared about figuring it out and the service technicians were really cool. We had to take cold showers for a couple weeks, but they saved us over $4,000!
DMC was recommended to us by my cousin who lives in St. Louis, and also owns a plumbing company. I reached out to her on the long shot that she may know of a reliable, trustworthy plumber in the KC area. Lucky for us, she did! We had DMC out to repair a few plumbing issues. The job took a bit longer to complete because we found another issue along the way with an existing faucet. Both technicians were extremely professional and courteous. They took the necessary extra time to ensure the job was done right. We felt the price was fair and a good value. We will absolutely be working with DMC again, and would highly recommend!
Working with contractors is done best when you can form a true connection with them, and can see the passion they bring to the job. We worked with Kyle from DMC and you can tell he loves what he does. He is enthusiastic about the trade, and takes time to break it down and explain it to you in an easy-to-understand way. Not only that, but he actively and creatively works to meet your budget and comes with suggestions on how to get there that you might not have considered. We are very pleased with our experience and would recommend!

We had DMC out to run a gas line for us. Everyone was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The guys were very friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up when they were done. We will certainly use them again
DMC has been my go to for numerous things! They replaced my water heater when it finally stopped working. They have serviced my Furnace and my ANCIENT A/C they've kept it running as long as they could I now have to replace my HVAC and there is no one else I'm getting a bid from because this business has taken SUCH good care of of me over the years. During the Stay at Home my kitchen faucet leak became unbearable and they came and took care of it in a quick manner and I felt safe the whole time. Karen and her amazing team really do deliver Diamond Service! I've recommended DMC to other women homeowners that received bids for work from other companies that DMC determined didn't need to be done. As a woman homeowner you can feel confident selecting DMC for your HVAC/Plumbing needs!

Wish it was all this easy! My projects bid was within 24 hrs. Scheduling was adjusted to my time frame. Crew was on time (early even). Very courteous and immediately identified themselves at the door. They quoted me at 2 days of work, it was 1.5. No surprises. The area was as clean as when they found it. Communication was AMAZING. The guys let me know what happened before they left the first day and what to expect when I got home (I was unable to be there all day). The crew/supervisors all made sure I was informed of what they did and offered some simple preventative maintenance that they saw that I could do myself. Overall I couldn’t ask for better service. Start to finish, amazing. Thank you DMC!
We had our a/c quit working at our warehouse and they came out right away and were able to fix the issue right away. We were so happy with the service that we have decided to get on a maintenance plan with DMC. Will definitely recommend!!
