Reliable and very fair/competetive with pricing. The owner himself came out to fix our AC. He was super nice and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best. I've been using and recommending DLM for years because -- like everyone else who employs him-- I'm always blown away by his integrity, ability, responsiveness, and fairness. My air conditioner was frozen up i called DLM and talked to david he told me to turn it off so it could thaw. He came out that evening and determined i had a freon leak in my coil. He gave me a couple of options but his price for a new high efficency system was so good i went with that they installed it the next day its so quiet i have to look outside to make sure its running.I also saved about $100 last month on my electric bill compaired to last year.David a great person to know when you need a heating and air company.
I contacted DLM Heating and Air in the peak of the summer when I come home to my house being 94 degrees. I spoke with David Miller and he came out that same evening to take a look. I was blown away how fast his response time was and his communication ability. Although he had some bad news and my HVAC system had bitten the dust because it was over 21 years old, he layed out a few options and even explained some financing options. I did my own research and even had two other big name contractors give me a second opinion and both of their prices were significantly higher. I called David back and he had a new unit installed the day after. I would recommend DLM to anyone for their Air and Heating needs. I'm now on his service plan to keep my system running. I will be using him as well when this old furnace goes too.
