We were in a bind and AC not working. A friend recommended Darrell so I called him out of the blue. He was already booked up for the day, but was trying to help me trouble shoot over the phone between jobs so no planned customer was inconvenienced. We even got it briefly working again, but unfortunately it stopped again. At this point, he found a way to get over to help me even after his full day. Very reasonable price but more importantly , he was very responsive and helpful to get my ac back on for my family.
This is the third time we have used DK Solution services for our HVAC needs. Mr. Kidd replaced our HVAC unit in our former home, he also recently replaced the HVAC in our current home. He has provide maintenance to our units with great care. Mr. Kidd is extremely reliable, professional, punctual, helpful and honest. He has the best prices in town for the exceptional service he provides. We are very pleased and recommend his company widely.

Mr.Kidd has rescued me numerous times, usually in the summer. Once his heroics came after 10 pm.... he didn’t want me to be uncomfortable upstairs in 99° temps. I finally got around to buying a new unit from him, thus I haven’t seen him in a while. 😊 I think the world of him, and appreciate his professionalism, and the care he takes of his clients. Darrell worked for me before he started his business. He was a good employee and worker. Since over the years he has done som local warranty work for me and everything was jus great.
