I sent an email explaining the issue I had with the sink and I got a quick response, they adjusted to the time I requested the service, it is the first time I have obtained their services, they charge the trip, a diag fee plus the repair fee what they had to do, I suppose it is the same for other companies. Thank you!
The workers who came to my house were great, that's not really the issue. However, they did leave a gigantic hole in the wall, see the attached pictures. No heads up, no warning. I get plumbers are not also pros at refinishing walls but they did not make the expectations clear that I would need to fix this myself. I know if the owner of the company had work done on his house he wouldn't put up with that garbage so why treat customers the same way?
Pat and his team did a fantastic job installing our new Combo boiler/on demand water heater unit. Don't hesitate to use these guys on your job, they're professional and do amazing work. A+ business
DiRocco Plumbing is very reliable and knowledgeable about variety of equipment. Our heating system did not work properly for 2-3 seasons even though it was new. DiRocco is the only company that has been able to make it work and keeps it running smoothly season to season. Highly recommend!
They came out to inspect a water heater needing replacement and told us they would get us an estimate within a week. After a week they never followed up, and eventually, when I got a hold of them on the phone, they said they could not take the job. When I at least asked for the paperwork for our insurance, he said he wouldn’t do it because “how does that benefit him?” Exceptionally unprofessional.
Service was done promptly and efficiently. I would recommend this firm for any of your plumbing or heating needs.

We are retired. We were going to install our new faucet ourselves, sounded easy enough, until the hot water shut off did not want to shut off. We wanted to save money but am so glad we choose to call Pat! There is a reason why there are so many do-it-yourself videos, so many things can go wrong! Pat was recommended to us and I'm so glad we called him. He sent Aaron and Jayden to our home. Those young men earned their money, so many things went wrong with the old pipes and watching them trying to get around a pedestal sink, they were amazing! (To top it off one of our cats also thought they were amazing!) We will only call Pat DiRocco Plumbing for any future problems we may have. They quote you the price upfront, no surprises! For all those who think the prices plumbers charge is high, trust me, it's worth every penny! Thank you Pat, Aaron and Jayden!
Pat and his guys did a very neat and quick job to get us heat and hot water after our old unit stopped working , I would highly recommend DiRocco plumbing and heating for any repairs or new installations!

They were quick to respond to my call and set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technician who came out was friendly and professional, and he really knew his stuff. He explained everything he was doing, and he was happy to answer all my questions. The work itself was done quickly and efficiently, and my water heater is working better than ever. The technician even gave me some tips on how to keep it running smoothly in the future. I was really impressed by the level of service I received from start to finish. As the owner of multiple properties, u can't ask for a more professional crew to service and repair your heating systems. Don is by far the most knowledgeable and most professional techs you could ask for and the owner Pat is also top notch, picks up the phone and talks to you like a human. Cant say the same for most competitors. They also service And repair Buderus Boilers, a rarity in this industry. Can't go wrong with DiRocco!!! Look forward to working with you again in the future.

Aaron and his helper are excellent plumbers. They explained what was the issue with the faucets, and next steps. They replaced two faucets and ensured each was tight below.
I called for service 1/11/2023 and was scheluded for 1/13/2023. I had a constant dripping with the shower/tub symonds valve. It needed to be replaced. Aron & Andrew replaced the valve. They were kind and professional. Service is outstanding. I will only use this company for all future plumbing needs. They are best. Thank you, M. Terri Iannotti
Prompt reply and service. Courteous technician. But, they are definitely the most expensive, knock one star off for that.
Pat and his team were incredibly responsive to me as I began having issues with my (very old and troublesome) water-heater/boiler combo unit. Even with it being a holiday weekend, Pat almost immediately followed up on my phone call to make sure that I had heat. The next day one of his techs came out to fix the issue. I sadly cannot remember the techs name, but he was wonderful - personable, answered all my questions, and explained everything he was doing. The issue was resolved promptly. When another part of my unit began having issues a few days later (in no way related to the repair they made earlier in the week), Pat again returned my phone call immediately, helped me troubleshoot the issue, and answered all of my questions even though I'm sure some of them were a little silly! I greatly appreciate how kind Pat and his team have been to me, especially considering I know nothing about heating/plumbing repairs and I get incredibly nervous any time anything goes wrong. I also appreciate how transparent they are with their prices, and how honest they are with repair options. Needless to say I would recommend DiRocco to anyone and will be happy to work with them in the future.
Had a bit of a boiler nightmare and they were able to get to my house the same day to diagnose the issue, found the weird part and replaced it within just a few days even though the breakdown happened just before the holiday weekend. Another issue had come up and he was able to fix it same day for a great price. He was super clear and helpful in explaining the issues to me as I am a first time home owner and know nothing about boilers, he even talked to my dad on the phone LOL. Very helpful and fast, will definitely be using them for plumbing and heating needs in the future.
