I am so fortunate Toby and the team at Direct Comfort was able to take my call. While the temp outside isn’t quite blistering hot it still would be a lot more comfortable with a working AC. He was able to diagnose the problem and we went over my options. We settled on replacing my AC unit both inside and outside. His team was ready to work the very next morning and they had me shivering in my home by lunchtime. Toby is a straight shooter that won’t jerk you around and his team will make sure they won’t leave until you’re satisfied. I know it may seem like a minor thing, but putting down tarps before they work means I won’t have to spend my afternoon mopping the floors. I’m incredibly impressed and grateful for them and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Toby and Crew- Rock Stars. Reasonably priced and always there when you need him and really senses the urgency when needed. After servicing my system multiple times, I had them replace my whole system and add a water heater at the same time.

Toby was an absolute pleasure to work with. Didn't try to pressure me into a lot of unnecessary work. Professional, courteous, went above and beyond in working within my situation. He will for sure be my first call in all HVAC needs in the future.
Our air conditioner stopped working during the heat wave. We called Direct Comfort and he was here within 30 min. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Would highly recommend!

I have never had someone respond so quickly and be so courtierous to a couple of first time home owners. My girlfriend and I came home to a house that was 82 degrees, saw that Direct Comfort was still open and he was here in ten minutes. It turns out our units fan had knicked a wire shorted out our fan. He had it triaged and fixed within half an hour. If I could rate them higher, I would.
Toby does a great job!! He quickly diagnosed our air conditioning issue and had us back up and running within minutes. His prices are super reasonable and he takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend this small business for all your HVAC needs!!
I had a wonderful experience today with Toby and Direct Comfort! Our furnace quit working on the coldest day of the year. Toby fit me into his busy schedule and was over within an hour. It ended up being a pretty simple fix and he even showed me how to fix it if the furnace does this again. His fees were very reasonable. This is his own business and I feel it’s important to support the smaller companies too! He’ll definitely get my call in the future.

Best HVAC company in Omaha! Super friendly, quick to come out, awesome pricing and just overall great with customer service! We had a issue happen late on a weekend night and Toby came right out! It was unbelievable!
