I was desperate to find a capacitor for my AC. I went everywhere looking and couldn’t find it. sold out everywhere😞 He heard me talking to the manager at the store and he said that he might have the capacitor that I might need, and Yes!!! he did. He took the extra time out of his busy day to help me out. Thanks to you JD I was able to get my AC running again.

Wanted to thank Mr DiMare for the excellent service he provided and his explanation on the issues of the different air conditioning systems consumers don't know when purchasing a system for their home. He was very detailed and always takes his time on answering all my questions. His pricing is very fair for the work he does. I highly recommend his company and have found that his extensive experience does make a difference!!

I strongly discourage seeking assistance from this establishment for any AC/heating and cooling needs. The service experience my hardworking Asian mother, who single-handedly raises three children, had with them was highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional. She had specifically requested the technician to address our AC issue, explaining that we recently installed a new unit and suspected a problem with the cords in the attic. Regrettably, instead of inspecting the attic as requested, the technician proceeded to install freon outside our house, only to inform our mother that it would cost a staggering $585. To make matters worse, the problem remained unresolved, rendering the freon installation pointless. Initially, the technician had suggested a potential cost of around $100, but it escalated to $585 without resolving the issue. Following my mother's review on their website, the technician reached out and proposed a partial refund which my mother had agreed to. However, today, he is proposing an alternative deal instead of honoring the agreed partial refund. This situation is utterly baffling, as it appears that he was rude and essentially swindled my mother, who possesses limited knowledge about heating and cooling systems, out of her hard-earned money. Since the onset of COVID-19, providing for our family has been challenging, and as a college student returning home, my mother only desired a solution to ensure my comfort. Instead, she lost $585, received misleading information about the partial refund, and still has no functioning AC in our residence. I strongly advise against engaging with these individuals for any AC/heating and cooling assistance unless you wish to be deceived and charged unjustifiably.

It’s happened with me today ! The guy come change me 585 for nothing ! When I call yesterday I told him about my A/C problem, it’s something on the coil because we just bought a new unit outside. He come and say is need a freon and enough they need a new Coil and he charge me 585 for a Freon ! They don’t know what they do ! I don’t recommend this one for anyone! Just Wait your money

I know its late in the year, but October always has a few hotspots. My compressor went out on my property during one of those hot spots. I have used DiMare for nearly all my AC problems (and I will address nearly in a minute). While I was looking after another service members house, Randy and crew came out in the middle of summer, crawled into that attic, and did a pan swap out when it cracked. Completely courteous, completely professional, and diagnostics debriefing on a level even my wife can understand. Their thoroughness is above reproach. After I had my compressor installed, they found the main issue for failure: another "technician" had installed a part incorrectly that lead to my compressor failure. I highly recommend them in the future for everyone and they will be my first choice for all my AC and HVAC needs! Thanks again guys!
