Can't say enough great things about this business- from start to finish they've been exceptional. They worked with us to build a quote, answered every question, and worked their as&es off to update our heat and AC system. Our house is old and presented a lot of weird problems for furnace installation but they worked hard to find a solution that suited the house. The on site guys were respectful and very bright, and I enjoyed every interaction with them. A great team of people to work with! Highly recommend.
We used Diligence Heating and Air to replace our entire system in Winston-Salem. We worked with the owner (Jason). We had five companies quote the job and Diligence’s quote was competitive. Their knowledge and expertise was second to none and included them repositioning the system for access and enhancing the thermostats. We had an issue that was caused by a contractor and Diligence hurried out to remedy the issue even though it was caused by someone else! I would highly recommend Diligence for any of your HVAC installation or service needs!

My HVAC system went out and had to be replaced. After getting some very high estimates with extended wait times for installation, my daughter suggested that I call Jason Dill, owner of Dilligence Heating and Air LLC. So glad I did! Not only did they give me a much better price, but they were able to install the system within days, not weeks. On the day of installation, their team was prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend Dilligence Heating and Air LLC for any heating and cooling needs. You have a new customer for life!
I’ve been using Diligence Heating and Air for over a year or two now. They are one of the most professional group of talented people I have ever dealt with. They helped run a gas line and set up my gas log, they’ve recently helped upgrade my old unit from 2 ton to a new 2.5 ton and now matches my house square footage. They had to rerun some hoses that the original home owner initially used some bad people when they built the house and wasn’t supposed to pass some codes, but have now corrected it. Everything runs great now and cools my house at just 75 degrees setting. I used to have it at 72 and the old unit would run for 10-15 hours a day and would still feel hot. The team is just awesome. Thank you for fixing and making my new unit work perfectly now. I will recommend this company to anyone.

I set up an appointment with this company to come out and receive a quote. The day before the appointment they asked to meet with my contractor to avoid weather issues and view what was required. They never showed, never called back, just ghosted me. I ended up having the work completed by a company that actually shows up and does the work. Had a quote done and work completed by the other company the next day. I will not call or use this company in the future.

This company deserves the highest accolades possible. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, and make your concerns and needs a priority. Every person we dealt with in the company were courteous, attentive, and dependable. They replaced all duct work and installed two heat pumps and were respectful of all property. When they left each day they removed all debris and even used a magnet to remove any missed screws, nails, or metal. They left everything spotless!! They even provided us heaters to use while repairing the systems. They left one system in working order at all times. There were no surprises in the quoted price and the job was done quicker than predicted. There employees, Josh, Angel, Jared, Reggie, and Morgan were a great crew and we had full trust in all they did. We really enjoyed getting to know them and they are like family to us now. We cannot thank them enough for making this an enjoyable experience. We are proud and completely satisfied to be Dilligence Heat and Air customers for life !!

We cannot say enough about this company!!! We got three quotes to have our 24 year old HVAC replaced. From the moment that Jason came through our door, we knew that we wanted to use them. He was so polite and explained everything to me. He was also the only one to make a suggestion on how we could improve the noise that our return was making every time the heat or air came on (it sounded like you were in an airplane). Needless to say, Jason and his team did an outstanding job for us! They even went above and beyond end cleaned up the whole entire side of the attic that the worked in. We also and an issue with water in one of our flexible duct lines under the house. They repaired that line and also informed me that we have a mold issue with in our ducts. Needless to say, we are having them replace all our duct work under the house! Last, we cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service that they have too! They took care of everything! From submitting the credit application, submitting our Duke Energy Rebate, to even helping get our credit limit increase so that we could both repairs on one credit card. They are fantastic! Again, we could not recommend this company enough! They are a 5 Star business our book and we will be using them from many years!!!
Great Customer Service!!! Diligence replaced my entire hearting & cooling systems, including the ducts, thermostat, air return, electronic hook ups, everything. Highly recommended and worth the wait! With any business that is in demand you may see delays especially when it is during the summer and the busiest time for HVAC. I suggest expecting 1-2 weeks for an opening on installation schedules with any HVAC company and less during slow times (cool seasons - ie winter). I am a repeat customer, 4 years ago when I was looking to replace my 2nd floor furnace/AC system I found 2 people who are from different circles and both had recommended Dillgence - a rare coincidence but a testament to the company and not needing to advertise on radio or TV as only word-of-mouth referrals brings business to them. I just had my 1st floor furnace/AC system replaced and after 4 years the same installers are still on staff - low turnover means happy employees and a sign of a good business! Quality work and better value than the big outfits - what you want to help deal with expensive systems in your home.
I really wanted to do business with this company, as they were highly recommended to me from my good friend who is also a realtor in the area. I had Travis come out to check our ac unit on July 7th, and he informed me that we would need to replace the unit with something larger. Our unit maintained for a few weeks until going out a few weeks ago. I called the office on July 24th at 8am, and spoke with Katie I believe her name was. I asked for Jason (the owner to come out and give us pricing/ options to replace the unit. The woman I spoke with told me they were very busy and that she would contact Jason for a time, and would call me back in a few minutes. Well, that never happened. On Saturday I called and left a message, and then called back Monday at 9:30 am, and the same woman I spoke to previously answered and said she was going to call me, and that Jason was working on a quote that I could expect later that day. She seemed annoyed that I kept calling. I still have not heard back from them and it is August 2nd. No call, no email, no quote. Needless to say I have found another company to work with. It is very frustrating that I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and waited for them a whole weekend in 90 degree temps and with a toddler under two, when I could have called someone else and had them come out right away. I get that you are busy, but where is the decency to at least call someone back? I shouldn’t have to beg for your business, so I would recommend staying away from this company.
North Carolina weather can be terribly inconsistent: mid-60 high temperatures one day followed by low-80s highs the next. We had a few of the former in late April, which was reason enough to turn on the heat, only to find that our system was blowing cool air. Fortunately, Dilligence was able to diagnose and remedy the problem (a dirty heat sensor and a bad soldering connection on the unit's control board). Replacement parts were obtained and installed the day after the initial service call, and everything has been running smoothly ever since. Company owner Jason and technicians John and Travis were courteous and competent professionals who provided clear explanations of the work being done. I would not hesitate to use Dilligence again for any heating or air work.

When I called the lady on the phone was so helpful and nice. The guy Travis that worked on my unit was great. He was quick and friendly, he was also great at explaining and giving details. He also answered all my questions. Diligence also thank you for not charging a arm and leg for your service fee. Your prices are great and I don't feel like y'all are over charging.
