Saw Joseph on TikTok @donohuehvac, and my unit was due for maintenance, and I thought, hey, I'll schedule the service. Not only was he here ahead of time, but the level of detail dedicated to both units was unbelievable. I immediately signed up for the yearly maintenance package since it is a reasonable price,

Joseph was extremely thorough, professional and communicative during the entire process. Once he completed the job, he provided us with a video explaining everything he accomplished (before and after) which showed his passion and commitment to his job! Nothing short of OUTSTANDING! We’d been waiting a week of excuses from a corporate owned local AC company whom we’d had maintenance plans with for a couple of years. After finding DAS and contacting them, Fabian made a next morning appointment on a Saturday and promptly showed up at the appointed time. Not only did he diagnose the problem his competitor found, but he also found another faulty part and it replaced on site. The other company related they could not locate the part for a week and a half. DAS found the part locally during there visit, ordered it, and we arranged for installation a few days later.
The technician was professional, on time and quickly repaired the system.
Dignified Air Services (DAS) saved us again! I contacted them via Online and by text. I received a response shortly after and said they will be here next-day. Less than 24 hours of suffering with high-humidity and close to 90 degrees in my house, DAS had my A/C fixed. Thank you Dignified Air Services!!!!

We had to replace our A/C unit…..we have been using Dignified Air Service for 4 yrs since we moved to Jupiter for the maintenance. They will come ASAP….they are prompt & reliable & very fair on their prices. Their technicians are very knowledgeable & polite. By far they had the best price for the replacement of the A/C I have & will highly recommend this veterans company!
