Diaz Mechanical is my go to for everything AC. He is honest and knows his stuff. Quick efficient service and you get the head contractor every time, the experience and knowledge is top notch you can't go wrong!

We received a glowing recommendation for Chad/Diaz Mechanical from a family who has been a part of the Tampa HVAC community for four decades. The recommendation was well deserved. We suspected that our system had finally reached the end of its life and that we were facing the purchase of a new system. Chad quickly made the determination that our existing good system could be easily repaired to extend its life. As senior citizens one of our first questions to Chad was if he was willing to accommodate our wishes for masks and distancing during our time of Covid-19. Highly recommend Diaz Mechanical! Chad responded for our request for service promptly. He tackled a complicated AC issue with determination and perseverance until the issue was remedied. He communicated clearly, provided quality service in a timely manner, and the repair cost was reasonable.
I have used Diaz Mechanical on both my primary home and rental property and I have been very pleased with the quality of the work, promptness and the price each time. Chad even came out to on a holiday weekend when no one else would , even the company I originally bought my unit from, needless to say he is my only choice for my AC needs.
