Jeremiah was great. Called them on a Saturday at 11.. he was already on a job, still had my hot water replaced by 4. Don't call a big plumbing company.. call this guy.
Poor quality work, poor customer service. Hired them for basic plumbing service to remove plastic toilet paper roller that had slipped down my downstairs toilet. We paid $160 for them to remove the roller. Instead they removed some baby wipes and they didn’t find the roller. The service person claimed the auger tool they used would have snapped the roller or pulled it out. After service the toilet is still not clearing water or debris from the bowl which is the same problem as before service. I contacted them regarding the issue and they attempted to upsell me a toilet for $300 and that would fix the problem. If the toilet was the problem, then why did they not notify of that during the first service? They are no longer replying to my emails. Needless to say I will be finding a new service company for my current issue and for future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Jeremiah was absolutely wonderful! I am very happy I chose to go with him when my water heater went out. He worked with the warranty company to get the parts for free and fixed it on a Saturday! I highly recommend using him!!!!!!
