We are very blessed to be customers of DFH for the last decade. We do keep up with our warranty which includes Spring/winter Check-up and it is so worth it. They've also been there in times when we really needed them. They are professional; very personable and no question is too small. It's been a huge piece of mind being customers of DFH. Michelle & Jim
Fantastic work. Clean, neat, and tidy. Very friendly. Everything was installed just the way I wanted it, and they explained how everything worked before the left. They finished ahead of schedule. Would recommend to anyone needing a new system installed

We just had a complete system replacement with DFH and we are thrilled. They didn’t try to oversell us on equipment we don’t need, no games, no attitudes or slamming the competition. Just a good honest hardworking team of professionals who really know their trade well. Every single person who entered our home was kind, very good at their job, and took great care to make sure it was done properly. In addition, we needed some tricky duct rework and maneuvering. This crew made quick work of some difficult spaces and did a perfect job. If you live in Louisville, there’s no reason to try any other company for your HVAC needs. We are customers for life. Replaced our furnace and air conditioner after having been a loyal customer for years. They were very professional, courteous, and gave us a good deal. We don’t need to go anywhere else..

Start to finish, great people. Fixed a bad capacitor that was causing our AC to blow warm air. I called, explained the situation and DFH came out same day and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. The people I talked to were all very kind and professional, and really know their stuff. We were charged a reasonable price, too. No upsells for stuff we didn't need. You guys have made a very satisfied customer and I will be using your services again in the future. Highly recommend!
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Turnaround time (new a/c install) was quick. The installers took time to explain the features of the unit and make sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend.
I rarely post reviews. However a high quality, locally owned contractor is a tough thing to find these days. DFH has done HVACs for a couple houses on my block. So, when my 16 year old unit got on its last leg, I gave them a call. During a heatwave, they were able to get me scheduled within a week. They showed up promptly for the install, and did a great job.

We have been using DFH to maintain our Trane HVAC system for 16 years. They installed the two units in 2001 when our home was built. I know the service scheduler by name (as they routinely service our system twice a year). They’re always on time, proactive with service contract maintenance, and professional. We recently updated our system and felt we received a fair price.

Was very pleased in the way they conduct business. Salesperson was able to come out 2 hrs. after calling to inquire about replacing heat pump. Suggested that a unit that I received a quote on from a different company was bigger than I needed. Explained the difference between the two units, along with the pros and cons. Installers were punctual, (masked up) and very polite. Explained and answered all questions and was very business like performing their jobs.What impressed me most was that the owner called to make sure we were happy. He also had the salesperson come out the following day to check the work. This is a company that not only wants your business but appreciates your business. A++

Company was referred to me by a neighbor. They installed new HVAC system, very happy with both service and price. My research indicated that Trane was a top manufacturer, which is only manufacturer this company uses.
DFH gave me the best price from several quotes for a new AC install, the technicians were friendly and did a great job with a harder installation than most (unit on a roof). Overall a great experience and I will be going with them for any future needs.

I’ve used DFH multiple times. They’ve always been quick to come out and very knowledgeable about any issues. They let me know what potential problems I could run into and what to be on the lookout for. They always have my best interest in mind. They have reasonable prices as well. They are the first company I call when I have HVAC issues.
