My technicians were Devon and Ryan. They are very professional and knowledgeable. This is a very trustworthy company. They also were fast and clean you can't get business better then this.
They arrived on time. Were very professional. Got everything working in short order and explained what else would be needed. Made arrangements to come back for future cleaning and maintenance. Homeowner was on the phone with them throughout the whole process. Making this review on her behalf.
I highly recommend this company, I was having problem with my system and when I called, the nicest person answered,her name is Ms.Desha,she walked me through my problem and was very helpful and polite, I LOVE this company and will recommend them to anyone who needs help

The entire staff was nothing short of amazing! I fully expected to be given a date far off for my system to be installed, but that was not the case! They got my system installed and working within 24 hours!! These guys are awesome!!!
Team is very helpful, trustworthy and reliable. Customer service exceeds expectations and makes sure needs are taken care promptly. They do a great job explaining problem, providing with solutions and recommendations.
I have to say that I was very nervous to hear what type of repairs would be needed! But to say the least Devon & Ryan relaxed my nerves! Thy offered options plus solutions to accommodate my income! Kudos!!!
The Supervisor Mr. Reynolds called me back and did apologize for the inconvenience. He was very professional and explained the entire process too me on how the warranty company works and what steps they have to take. In addition, if a part is needed, they will order it and then call themselves and schedule a time with the customer.. He also gave me his personal cell phone number. . Choice Home Warranty should have waited before scheduling a time for them to return to my home. I really appreciated him (Mr. Reynolds, Dexterity Heating and Air LLC) supervisor taking out the time to return my call. Choice Home Warranty contracted Dexterity Heating & Air LLC due to my air conditioning unit was not cooling. I placed the claim on 3/25 and Dexterity Heating came out on 3/28/22, which was not bad at all.
Oscar was super professional and very efficient with time. I’m a teacher and couldn’t take off of work today. He called beforehand to let me know when to expect him and was able to quickly assess the issues and address them so I was able to get back to work on time. With the weather we have had, I’m so thankful for the quick response and a warm house! Thanks again.
Choice Home sent this company to my home to diagnose my furnace on Jan 14, 22. It’s Feb18th and still wasn’t fixed. It was hard getting someone on the phone every time I called. They waiting on the part is what I was told and I went through the cold spell we had with out heat. Finally I called another company to come out and they had heat in my home in about an hour all done on Saturday February 19th.
Where do I start. I was initially introduced to this organization through a Choice Home Warranty claim in November of 2020. After Oscar Yanez inspected my unit, I was informed that the blades basically broke off and sliced through everything including the coolant lines. I was educated on the different types of units they sold, and the pros/cons of each. I made the educated decision to purchase a unit from them that same day with financing at less than $150 a month! He went to the warehouse, picked up my unit, and installed it the same day (outside and in the attic). FAST FORWARD TO DECEMBER 2021 - My thermostat went zero dark thirty - and of course it was an 82 degree day after Christmas. I was thinking the thermostat was no good, so I ordered the newly release Amazon Smart Thermometer. Something told me to pause, and call Dexterity just in case it wasn't a thermostat issue. THANKFULLY, Oscar Yanez is still employed with Dexterity Heating & Air - so I was sent out the same technician which is rare and says alot about the company (happy people stay). Long story short, my unit performed an emergency shut off due to water backing up the drain pipe. NOT DEXTERITIES FAULT AT ALL - Oscar checked my pipes in the house, and discovered an improper plumbing repair job that was done from another plumbing company sent by warranty claim - long story short, he cut/unsealed the drain pipe which he did not have to do, to release the water that was backed up, cleaned up the mess in the attic, restored power to the unit and got the thermostat back working. He did advise me to reach back out to the plumber to get the pipe fixed properly and encourage the plumber to clean the moisture up from around the unit, but ensured me that if the plumber gave me a hard time, they would be more than happy to come back out and properly clean the unit in the attic to ensure no rusting and corrosion which would void the warranty overall on the new unit. DEXTERITY HEATING & AIR has poorly skilled supervisors. Choice Home warrnty chose this company to come check our furnace because it isn't working. The appointment was from 11am to 3pm, scheduled 2 days after the claim was filed. No one showed. The supervisor at DEXTERITY HEATING & AIR stated we didn't answer his tech call so they didn't come. After I explained I needed someone today, he stated to call Choice Warrenty and hung up. No customer relations skills with that supervisor. Will never use them....!
We were blessed to run into the owner at a local grocery store. They were not only quick to come out, but properly diagnosed and repaired our AC at a reasonable rate. So grateful we were able to find such a great company. I highly recommend them.

Dexterity was amazing for us. They worked with out home warranty company to get the best possible outcome. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite and informative. I would definitely recommend this firm.
They did such a good job on repairing my ac. Now we are feeling fresh in this house. They were on time and very polite and very knowledgeable of what was not working and letting us know what part was needed. I really appreciate them for coming out and getting this problem fixed . Devon was an absolute lifesaver! Helped me over the phone figure out a simple solution to a very annoying problem with my ac. I highly recommend them for any issues with heating or air conditioning
Company technician got on the call with Choice home warranty and told them the issue was a failure, it looks like the choice home warranty is just giving us a run around instead of fixing the issue. The company technician went above and beyond to help me to resolve the issue with warranty company and also rescheduled to have the technician come out early to take care of the issue. Would recommend
Dexterity Heat and air fixed our AC within 1 hour of calling on a Saturday evening! It was absolutely unbelievable! Devon and his men are the most professional group I’ve ever had work on my house! I will use them forever!!!
I would greatly recommend this company for all of your hvac needs. They have great great installation and repair experience in my opinion. Dexterity heating and air are definitely the one to call because they fix the problem first time out.
