They were friendly , knowledgeable, kind and respectful. They were very sufficient, punctual and educated me on my furnace advising me of what was needed and how to maintain a well working furnace. They are reasonably priced .I am inquiring @ their maintenence program
This is the first time using Desmond Heating. The worker installed a furnace. He was on time and very clean. Desmond answered all my questions and concerns. This was a very professional experience. Excellent job done.

Complete honesty: I was charged $69 for nothing!!!!! Nothing was done!!!! Two people showed up. I told them what I knew was the problem... the faulty thermostat. They couldn't tell my water heater was electric. They didn't know where the reset button was located. I told them I have to reset it myself every two days and all they did was reset it again and tell me that it is definitely going to keep doing that. They did tell me they needed to change the thermostat but then sent me a text at 9 pm saying the job was complete and asking for a review when all they did was a diagnosis. They never did the job completely. So here I am assuming once I received the two texts that the job is completed in there eyes and to leave this review because you are not going to order the part and finish the job. That is your fault, not mine. Next time send those two texts after you actually complete the job so that there are no confusions. Miscommunication is not professional. And neither is texting, calling, writing me in Google and Thumbtack with the same message over and over again. Sorry but all that equals bad business to me. I can literally get any company to install a thermostat. You are not the best or only company. I am dissatisfied with your business and responses. It would have been enough to just refund my money for not actually doing the job completely. Thanks for telling me your going to give me a refund. I'll be expecting it tomorrow so I can actually get the job completed elsewhere. Good luck in your future endeavors!
Every interaction we had with every employee and Desmond himself was great, always polite and professional. He worked hard to get our A/C back on track ASAP! Highly recommend.

These guys are the greatest came very fast on a Sunday afternoon on top of that they are very knowledgeable of there work and got right to fix the problem. Professional experience all at a reasonable price......what more can you ask for. Definitely recommend as your first and only choice.
Desmond and his workers are elite hvac workers. It only took 3 hours for them to replace a heat pump. When heat pump was installed Desmond noticed a problem with the breaker. He said call an electritian immediately. I called an electritian. The new breaker is in. The air conditioner works.
