I have never used this business HOWEVER, I was almost ridden off the side of the interstate this morning by one of their drivers. After going into the shoulder lane to avoid an accident with his van he almost hit another vehicle that was in front of me had she not swerved he would have hit her. I tried to call this company to let them know how careless their driver was but no one answered the call so this was my only option.
Hot water heater went out on Tuesday, and the service team was out on Wednesday and had it replaced in no time! Very happy with the service and the repair cost. Will definitely call again!
The best in the area.
We had a geothermal system that gave us one issue after another the last four years, it was hard to get it serviced. So we decided to go with a traditional dual HVAC system. Mr. Eanes' team showed up each day on time and did a wonderful job and finished the job a day early. The price was fair, the labor and parts warranties generous. You will not be disappointed by working with Mr. Eanes and his very knowledgeable team.
They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Been using them for over 12 years, and won't recommend anyone else

We have a Geothermal system, we are hard pressed to find anyone truly knowledgeable to work on it. Out heat went out and they sent Doug to the rescue. He is very sweet and assured me he'd be able to get it working again and he did!!! Thank you so much! I'll definitely be a repeat customer :)
I was referred to Tommy at Designed Comfort to have new duct work, encapsulation and a dehumidifier installed. Carl and Jason first had to clean out all the old insulation. Not an easy task.......they left a clean work sight and will finish up in a few days. I have nothing but praise for Tommy and his crew. I highly recommend them for any of your heating, cooling or crawl space needs.
Tommy and Kenny Eanes with Designed Comfort were nothing short of phenomenal. My AC went out on a Saturday when my husband was out of town. They arrived within the time frame they projected that same day and knew what needed to be done in 5 mins. They were unable to complete the work on the spot due to storms but they came back first thing the next morning and completed the job. They were professional, polite, honest and their pricing was fair. They are certainly a company I will use in the future and recommend to family and friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing our home back to a comfortable cool!
Great job! They had very little space to work with in my attic and they were still able to route their duct work very neatly and in a way that allowed me to still store things in my attic. They always made time for any service I may need even though I live an Hour from them. Thanks a lot guys.
