Taylor installed a new air conditioner for us after our old one was on its last leg. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to deciding on the best and most efficient unit for our house. Very professional and courteous. 100% recommend.
Excellent service! When my furnace hit the end of its life & was kicking out carbon monoxide, I had a new furnace installed by the end of the night. Fast, affordable & very professional! Highly recommend!
My fiancé and I recently purchased a home and when we were cleaning behind the fridge, we discovered a heat vent under where our fridge was. After talking with a few of our friends and family, they recommended Design Heating and Cooling. Taylor came out to our home, moved our heat vent, and after asking a few questions about why rooms were cold and others were warm, he even “balanced” our home’s heating system so no room was warmer than another. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and did quality work. Going forward, we will only use Design Heating and Cooling for our home’s HVAC needs.

We called Design Heating & Cooling LLC when my moms furnace went out on late Saturday afternoon with the outside temperature at 15 degrees. He was at our house within the hour. The house had a very weird smell to it. The heat exchanger had a crack in it filling the house up with carbon monoxide. He called and opened the supply house to get us a furnace at 6pm. He stayed until 1:30 in the morning to finish the furnace install. Great price. Great work ethic. Very friendly. His hard work was very appreciated. Would highly recommend. I will be calling them for all my HVAC Needs.
