Chris was amazing! He figured out my issue quickly, offered me the best solution to my problem, AND went to buy the part during my appointment. Once he got back he installed it and I couldn’t be happier. AMAZING service all around! I highly recommend this company and will be using his services again.

Chris told my wife and I if you have any problems with your kitchen sink please call me and I will come fix it 2 months later shows up and fixes is just a great company and I would recommend Tom McGrath

Called for an AC repair and they were able to get out the same day. Jeremy was great. Has the issue diagnosed in no time and our AC was back up in running after replacing a broken safety switch. Fair pricing, excellent service and knowledgeable staff. What more can you ask for.

Above and beyond...when I asked them to leave the unit grill cover off so I could wash it, Casey too my grill cover outside and 409d away all the dust etc. It's a family operation, not just the sons, but the daughters too. They do it all...plumbing, heating, a/c. Maintenance contract is the way to go.

Excellent service from April in Office and Leo, Technician! Leo was courteus, knowledgeable, and interested in providing an honest and reasonable evaluation. My system is working fine. Paid a reasonable Tuneup fee. Look forward to future services. Just wanted a Tuneup as was advertised by another company. Other Company told me my A/C, Furnace, and Condenser were too old and needed replacing. Sent sales person out. Gave me cost estimate of $18,000-$30,000!!! Outrageous!! Am an elder on fixed income! Thank you Design Air!

The quick install, great price, excellent follow up and customer satisfaction is there!! We highly recommend these guys for any work you may need done.
