Ken came out to fix our A/C and had it done very quickly, we had another problem the same day and he was at our house within minutes. His pricing is beating anyones out there. He is very professional, honest and gets the job done! I am super happier with his service and I truly recommend Design.
If you need your A/C fixed , Ken is the man to go to! He went above and beyond for my family and I. Prices beat any other competitor and his work is honest and efficient. Definitely will be using his services in the future.
Ken is fantastic! I called him on Saturday morning when my air stopped working - he came out that day (within an hour!), and was here promptly first thing on Monday morning to install a new unit. He’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I couldn’t be happier with his service and I highly recommend Design Air!
Fantastic service, I called at around 8:15 am and they were here by 10:30. Turned out to be a very simple solution, my son flipped the switch on the furnace downstairs so it just needed flipped back on so they did not charge for the visit even. I will definitely be using them when I do inevitably need to get my AC fixed since it is 10+years old now.
I couldn't be more pleased with Design Air Heating and Cooling. I've called on them a few times and they have always been great. Ken is honest and i trust his opinion. I highly recommend them.
Paid $400 in October to have my AC & Heat fixed, he got it running. Go to use my AC for the first time this year and it won't work. Called to have him come look at his work and get the AC running. Refuses to fix the AC and says he's too busy..."I don't have enough time", "it's a wiring nightmare" (if someone knew what they were doing they can fix it, especially if it was their own work!). I had AC and my fan working when he came. Now I only have my Heat working and refusal to do maintenance on his own work. Terrible business mind....all about the money and not the service or customer. Rip off

He does a great job. He is good at what he does. He is really respectful and understanding and try to find the best way to help you out in any situation your a.c. and furnace is in. He works fast. He put everything brand new in and only took him 5 hours to do it. Thanks a lot ken
