The team was very prompt, extremely knowledgeable and provided a great explanation of each step of the repairing process. Several of my family members have also received excellent service from them in the past few years. I will absolutely spread the word of the top notch service from Desert West.

I signed up for the Desert West member package, I did not need Tony to cover all of the benefits. The excellent service that was provided during a basic tune up sold itself. Thank you Tony and Pat!

Kyle came out to fix my AC unit. Arrived on time and quickly fixed my unit. Repair cost was reasonable. I asked Kyle a lot of questions and he answered them all. I feel Kyle is honest when he tells me what I need and don’t need. Will use again!
Requested a bid for a/c replacement. Was professional, informative and up front on cost and explained each line item. No pressure, gave us time on reviewing bid and a completely different and positive experience from other companies. Setting my my appointment this week.

Nothing strikes fear into a desert rat more than having the AC go out in the middle of the night on a Saturday, Holiday weekend. Especially when the expected temperature is going to be 111°. Desert West calmed those fears when they sent someone out within hours on Sunday. The tech, Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem as well as fixed it, getting my AC back up and running. The price was very reasonable and Anthony was knowledgeable, professional and took time to explain to me my options. There was zero pressure to purchase things I didn’t need nor want. I can’t recommend this company more highly.

Anthony called prior due to running longer on his previous service call. He was still able to make it to my house within the 2 hour window. He was very courteous and took his time to diagnose my problem. He made recommendations and showed me both so I could make an educated decision. Due to my decision a second service call was needed to rectify my cooling issue.

Damian Serrano was very professional and explained everything so that I could understand what my a/c problem was. He was neat and through and fixed my issue on the spot. When I placed the service call at 9:00 am he was at my home before noon. I would recommend DWS to anyone.

These guys are incredible. Our AC started making noises, and everywhere we called said anywhere from 3 days, to 2 weeks (middle of 110⁰ heat wave). Called them, and they were out within a few hours. 2 days later had an issue with the other unit. Not only did they come out same day, but no charge. I will never use anyone else again.
I was so grateful to DWS. They called me back promptly and sent someone out within a few hours even though they were busy. They changed their schedule so that they could get to me before I had to leave for work. It turned out my air conditioner just needed the filters changed. (face palm.) But Patrick was so nice and understanding about it. He gave me thorough instructions so that I would buy the right kind of filter (this time, because I definitely got the wrong kind last time) and then didn't charge me for the visit. Thank you so much guys! I will definitely be calling them again next time when something actually needs fixing.
