Employees did a good and thorough job in our home, cleaning our ducts and our air dryer vent. I was impressed they cleaned up after themselves well and didn’t leave us any remnant dust or grime to clean and deal with. However, it was a bit frustrating that when it came time to pay. They did not accept Discover or Amex, and charged (roughly) a $50 processing fee for a visa or Mastercard OR debit card. They happened to finish an hour earlier than expected and I had to drive across town to write them a check (my husband was the one home and he didn’t have any of their acceptable forms of payment… which I guess is just check or visa/Mastercard with huge fee?). I also had a difficult time getting ahold of the scheduler and the communication left some to be desired.

Dale and his team arrived promptly at the appointment time. I called them after seeing a heavy coat of dirt on the inside of our hvac air return ducts in our house that we had recently moved into. They worked hard and explained everything they were doing. They patiently answered our questions. All of the vent covers were removed and washed. Air coming out of the ducts smells noticeably better with less dust being seen on counters and other surfaces. The ducts that I could easily observe were left looking almost like new. They did not try to sell us other un-needed services.

The team that came to our house was prompt, professional, and courteous. They cleaned all of the ducts as part of our HVAC upgrade. Once they were finished, they made sure any debris was cleaned up and the areas around the ducts were the way they were found. We'll use this company again for routine maintenance.

I got a kick out of their business. Before they start your job, ask to see the filter and inside the machine they use where the dirt and dust is collected. They'll show it to you after, that was our case. My guess was that the machine hadn't been cleaned for along time with accumulation of many households. No one's respiratory system could handle that amount that they insisted they removed from our central air system. I will say they were on time.

This company says they are a family orientated business and I call it BS. They don’t even have the nerve to call one of there employees who got hurt in an accident outside of work and still have a return to work letter of course with restriction and the company or owner doesn’t have the nerve to call them and tell them they are not going to continue being an employee with them and yes they said they care about your family. Imagine if this happened to one of there employees imagine how they do there work. Sloppy and uncaring.

After having my ducts clean I thought I was good to go. But I still continued to get debrie from my vents. The company did return to check out the vents. At that time I was told I had a lot of rust from the swamp cooler, even though I had just had central air inslalled. At this time I was a little unhappy due to me paying over $800 for the original cleaning. I ask why did they do the cleaning even though I needed new ducts and the gentleman apologized. Even though I contacted the owner, they were not happy that I requested a refund since I felt I was taken advantage of. The owner agreed to refund me after some discussion. She also stated she would let everyone know how unreasonable I was. Least to say, when the Check arrived it was only for half tha amount of $406.17.

My friend had birds in her air ducts. She hired Desert Air to clean them for $500+, then had a hole patched in her roof the following day. She said they were very nice and professional. Soon after the roof repair she started smelling a bad odor, and feathers/bugs are being found beneath one of the vents. She called to ask them to come back, even offered to pay an additional fee. She says the woman answering the phone refuses to give her another appointment, as they did a thorough job the first time. My friend realizes the bird(s) may have entered following the cleaning, but she is desperate to have them cleaned out again.
