I recently had Des Fam, Jarod and Alex come out and install mini splits in my home. They were the fourth quote that I received from different heating and cooling companies. Their quote was the most reasonable and best bang for your buck! They went the extra mile to call up and get the brand for the units that I wanted even though they were backordered. They spent a day and a 1/2 here and installed all units exactly where I wanted them without a problem. They are super reliable, informative, and responsive with any questions I had. My house is toasty warm thanks to them and can't wait to try out the AC in the summer! I will definitely be referring them to all I know, you will not be disappointed if you go with these company!

Thank you DES FAM! Our Family woke up this morning to a nice warm house. The New Oil Furnace is working great. The experience was stress free. We recieved the quote fast. Our AC randomly went down on a Thursday afternoon right before a 90 degree weekend and Alex was out here within 45 minutes after our emergency call and after hours. He immediately recognized the problem, had the parts to fix the issue, and our AC was back up and running within the hour that he was here. Exceptional service, super professional! Jared and Alex are beyond exceptional. They explained what was happening with my boiler and fixed it. They are very thorough and respond quickly if you have issues.
We had an issue with the pilot on a gas heater. As I have the IQ of a walnut I was completely useless in addressing the issue on my own. We called Des Fam and Alex showed up in no time and was very professional and friendly. Alex followed up regularly and was on time every step of the way. The pricing was super reasonable and transparent. Cannot say enough about how great the service was, it exemplary. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Des Fam!

Very professional and timely when we needed our hot water heater replaced. Quick and efficient quality work. We then had another issue (unrelated) and they again came out and resolved the problem very quickly with a very fair price. Service was above and beyond and highly recommended.
