Should change the name
Called about special listed on site and they said they do not honor it now in the summer. Why do they have it listed then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agent wasn't able to accurately diagnose whats wrong with the freezer. Guessing on what was wrong with it.
The service was for repair of Frigidaire refrigerator because the water going all over floor when getting water. The service guy was extremely happy, friendly, and enjoyed helping me plus he showed me some pointers to keep the refrigerator operational. I would definitely recommend and used the service again
Incredibly poor and definitely “not dependable.” Scheduled 3 times and then failed to show claiming “over-booked” and understaffed.
replaced ice maker; doesn’t. I have used them 3 times. Never works the first time. Do not use

I was told tech would be coming with the part. Tech did not call ahead to let me know he did not have the part even though he knew 2 days earlier. Need better communication on things like that. Repair that was done did not fix the problem.
Josh came out to inspect our microwave last week. Unfortunately, due to the damage it could not be fixed, but he was super helpful and professional. Thanks for your help!
Ameer called before arriving within the window given, wore a mask, gloves and booties, took care to clean the area all around both before and after work and made sure not to touch anything like door handles, etc. It was obvious he had been trained on proper procedures and was adhering to them. He promptly diagnosed my problem on my 25 year old Viking stove and ordered necessary parts. He was able to keep part of the oven safely working until the part came in so I was able to continue cooking while in quarantine! It is now completely repaired and we are 100% satisfied!

Outstanding service!!!! Repairperson very knowledgeable and congenial. He went out of his way to explain my needs to me.
Was scheduled for first appointment of the day but tech didn't arrive until about 10:50am. Paid for maintenance agreement on 3 units. Needed freon which cost another $705 (discounted because I purchased maintenance agreement). Tech didn't have a tool that he needed with him on the truck to do some kind of test for leaks or the proper size filter I needed for basement filter. Said I didnt need new filters for my other two units because they were "clean". Although I use good filters, they are 3 months old. Air worked over night but this morning, it was set to 73° but never got below 75°. Now they have to come out again to work on it.
The good news is they were open on the weekend and came out same day. They were also responsive, which is great. The bad news is the guy who came out changed his diagnosis 4 times, left after 4 hours on Saturday, and said they need a part, which may be in korea. Anyway, they got the part, dropped it off on Monday, and sent another technician out after dropping off the part who said that wasnt the problem at all. Fixed what he thought was the problem, then said the original diagnosis may have been right. Anyway, its fixed now (i think), about $1100 later, but really question the price, the issue, reliability of the fix and technical expertise of their staff.
