When we moved to Madison 2 years ago Dependable Air was highly recommended to us. They installed our new ac system and each year the provide maintenance at a very reasonable cost. The team members are very prompt and call when they're on the way to our home. Extremely polite and great representatives for the business they represent.

Edit. Your logo, your phone number. Had my Mom’s and my unit serviced. I was looking for a company to take over our services. It’s won’t be you guys and I will not recommend this company. So disappointed. Techs did not provide the type of service I was told we would get. Not surprisingly, was told not to use this company. Instead of doing the job they were required to do, ended up with little enthusiasm for cleaning and servicing the systems when I told them I wouldn’t be purchasing the parts I was told I needed.
I can’t say enough about the owners and their team! They are super dependable! They send you a message of who and what time they will be arriving and are always there when they say they will be! Their team members are very friendly and make you feel like you are in great hands! They will always be my go to guys and will highly recommend to others!

I cannot recommend Dependable Air enough! They truly live up to their name: they are indeed dependable, and everything else about them is great as well. The customer service, the prices, the reliability, and so on. I have used them for several years and will continue to do so. If you live in the Jackson Metro area and need an HVAC company call them first!
The owner of this company is second to none. His integrity and compassion for others is inspiring. This HVAC company is the right choice if you hire them . You would be foolish to call anyone else.
