I decided to use Denver Ducts for duct cleaning because of their price, which is lower than 2 other companies I know. I received an ad in the mail and their price was unbeatable. Aman was professional and did a great job. He came during the arrival window and I received a call and a text letting me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. He showed me pictures of my ducts, before and after cleaning. Those ducts were certainly dirty, but he was certain to eliminate all dust and debris. He took his time to go over all vents and returns, and the dryer vent was included for free. Aman even took off his shoes after being outside when it was raining, so he didn't leave mud around. He was quiet and hard working, two qualities that I appreciate when having workers in my home. I definitely recommend Denver Ducts for duct cleaning.
Technician was very personable and professional. He was very thorough and knowledgeable explaining what was needed to be done. Very courteous and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again.

They did a decent job and tech was nice, however, there were hidden fees and the vent covers were never cleaned because it "wasn't part of the package". Aren't the vent covers part of the vents? They were supposed to be removed during the process so why would you put a dirty one back in place when you supposedly cleaned everything? And yes, there are hidden fees. Was charged an extra $75 for a "rooftop" dryer vent even though it wasn't on the roof - was told it was because it "wasn't eye level". Bait and switch - paid DOUBLE what I was quoted for their "whole house package". Wouldn't use them again. I emailed them to adjust the bill since we weren't satisfied but they denied us. Attached are photos of their handy work.

We had such a great experience using Denver Ducts Leo was our tech and was courteous very knowledgeable about his work. He was able to answer any questions I asked of him. Arrived on time took before and after pics of job. Would definitely use them again!
I just had my ducts cleaned by Caleb at Denver Ducts and was delighted by how professional and friendly Caleb was. He did a great job, doing a HVAC duct & vent cleaning for a 3-story house in about 3 hours and showed me pictures of what our ducts looked like (gross!).

Maxim (Max) was awesome. He was working in my house for about 4 hours cleaning vents and he never stopped. He was very careful with corners by putting up protective pylons so his equipment wouldn’t scratch my walls or newels of my staircases, and I thought that a very considerate touch. Highly recommend Max and this company!
The service itself was great, the ducts are clean. However, I got a call from the tech saying he'd be there between 2-2:30pm with an estimated 3-4 hours for the service. He arrived at 4:30pm and stayed until 10pm. It was a big inconvenience for me because it messed with my evening plans. Please call with accurate arrival times and don't make people wait around.
Denver Ducts sent Luis to clean my vents and dryer vent. It was a big job, after remodeling and construction. Luis was careful with his equipment and made extra effort to protect my walls and floors from marks or damage. He placed protective plastic on the heater vents so dust and dirt didn't get blown into the house. Luis's demeanor was professional and respectful, and he answered all my questions before setting about his work.
Our Tech was great, friendly and professional. If he is still with the company in 2 years I'll ask for him again. Great doing business with him.

Denver Duct did an excellent job cleaning my ductwork. Furnace and air conditioning coil. Caleb and Luis did a fantastic job as my ducts were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in years. They were conscientious and very thorough in the job that they did. It was remarkable to see the difference in the before and after pictures that they took. My HVAC system is running a lot better after they cleaned the furnace and air conditioning coils. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again.Thanks Caleb and Levi for the gray service and job!

Can't recommend this company enough! From working with Shiloh and scheduling our service (we needed it done ASAP, having a baby in a few short weeks) and then Aman working at our house, the work was done professionally and quickly. We are so happy we got this done and will continue to use Denver Ducts for all future cleanings.
Got a flyer for Denver ducts, they did an awesome job coordinating the visit and had very clear communication. We had our whole house cleaned, sanitize and our furnace cleaned as well. We had Caleb as our tech and I was super impressed with him. He was on time, professional, passionate, informative, and everything you want in a technician. Overall a very positive experience from this company and Caleb.
From start to finish Denver Ducts was amazing! The customer service when I called to ask questions, set up an apt was so nice and so informative. The technician, Luis, was punctual and professional. He walked us through everything that he was going to be doing step by step and went over it again with us at the end followed up by an email with before and after pictures included. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned.
