Had an appointment between 10am- 1pm to get an estimate for a water heater. After taking the day off work to meet them, these guys were a no call no show. Another company thats lacks integrity in 2022 what a surprise. Home Depot needs to dump the contract with these guys. On to the next one

I bought a toilet from Home Depot and paid for the installation. Delta Mechanical was the contractor. No one showed up on the first day, after I'd taken the morning off work to be home for the install. When I called, I was told that they needed to reschedule and that some times the dispatchers "forget to call" to let people know that they need to cancel. On the second attempt, the technical was late. It turned out the toilet from Home Depot was broken. I rescheduled for the next day. The next day, again no one showed up. When I called, they told me that the technician couldn't come and that they would need to reschedule for three days later. They made no attempt to apologize for any of the issues or make restitution for wasting hours of my time. Don't pay for the installation through Home Depot and definitely don't use Delta Mechanical for anything else.

They provided false information about the system we ordered and then installed the replacement system incorrectly. Their staff clearly lack basic knowledge of new technilogy and had insufficient quality controls in place.

First off if I can give this Company 0 Stars I would, so this company is contracted through Home Depot and was scheduled to replace my Toilet, since my Old Toilet is broke. This was scheduled for Tuesday of last week and they called me That Monday before to reschedule for Friday, was a little upset but I thought I can wait three more days as long as it’s fixed before my Party on Saturday. So the technician calls me and tells me he cannot find parking due to construction in the front, I asked can you check on the side street and he said there was noting and that he can have someone come on Saturday and he’ll have someone from the office call and set it up. Well nobody called, so then I gave them a call Saturday to see when the tech is coming and they told me no techs are not available till Monday, like really. Not only was my party a disaster because of my broken toilet but it was just downright embarrassing. So I’m upset at this point and guess what’s happens when Monday rolls along? You got it, they rescheduled again for Wednesday. Don’t waste your time with these guys, they don’t come up if there is no parking and they will give you the run around to reschedule

Update 11/11 Tatiana provided outstanding customer service turning my experience to more positive and no charge to me under the 1 year warranty and sent Allen who cinched it, found the issue a piece of plastic causing the interference and all good. Changed my rating to 5 stars because of those two..they are worth it Purchased delta sensor faucet from home depot and paid installation by delta mechanical, within 6 months hot water not flowing called home depot referred to delta mechanical 1. No call back next day I called left message another 24 hrs later no call, complained to to HD, 72 hrs later they called, appt scheduled, not flexible rearranged my schedule 2-4 window, I get call day of at 1:38 to be told doesn't seem like it's the installation sight unseen, then said if the come and is not because install they will charge me $185.00 to assess even if they do not perform a service! WOW! canceled that appt. I will now deal with HD. Shame on you Delta Mechanical!

Ernesto from Delta Mechanical did an amazing job. He installed our toilet quick and was full on professional. He checked all surrounding components and explained in detail what he is/was doing. He left the work area clean and made sure we were happy with his work. 6 stars, if I could. Above and beyond. Would recommend him to any of my friends and business partners.

The Delta Mechanical installer did good work. However, they are hard to contact. I was supposed to be contacted by phone prior to installation of a hot water heater. That didn't happen. I was on hold for over 25 minutes trying to find out why the installer hadn't yet arrived. Finally they told me the installer would arrive within 45 minutes. One and a half hour later he arrived without a phone call. He was over two hours late.

Anthony was very professional and did a great job. My husband and I care for a man with cerebral pulsy and his water heater went out. We feel like Anthony went out of his way to respect my care recipient as the home owner and was kind throughout his long work day. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family.

Plumber was well qualified and did an excellent job installing my toilet. Just wish he had left me a copy of the owners manual and the tool to tighten the toilet seat when it works it's way loose.

Water Heater replacement under warranty - the installer was very friendly, patient, and generally did an excellent job - we passed permit inspection easily. The installer took the old water heater back to Home Depot and encouraged me to come along to see the process was done right. Unfortunately, the Home Depot staff were generally untrained on the warranty process and it took over an hour to figure out the return & replacement but, it was worth it by saving me $400+ on the cost of a new water heater with only a couple months left on the 12 year warranty. The installation went quickly. The only issue I noted afterward was that the furnace & WH flue pipe had been reinstalled in a slightly new position with new screws however, this left about five of the old screw holes exposed i.e. flue gasses could potentially come out of those holes. There is some debate on the internet as to whether this is a non-problem or a potential carbon monoxide release danger. In theory, air is always drawn into the flue through any holes but, if there were ever a blockage in the flue the holes could emit flue gases as well. There are also other normal openings in the flue like the draft hood and flue join gussets so the holes really may not have been an issue. But, just to be safe, I called Delta Mechanical and asked for a tech to come out and check / patch the holes and a tech did come the next day, explained the holes were not a problem but wrapped the pipes in foil tape just to be certain. The permit inspector confirmed that in his opinion it is better to have the holes taped and approved the inspection on all points within a couple minutes. The overall cost was $200 to $400 less than other quotes I obtained and included the permit that some other vendors tried to tell me was not necessary & extra cost (but a permit is required according to the city). And, the willingness of Delta to help with the warranty return (taking the old WH back & waiting to get the new one) saved me that extra

Very pleased with the service we received from our Tech Dylan who installed our new water heater. This was a very frustrating situation - anything that could go wrong (asbestos pipe, existing heater stand too small, ancient pipe cracked and leaked) did go wrong because of our older, out of code home. Job took 5 days to complete, but Dylan was persistent and helpful as we struggled to keep moving this forward. We are very impressed with his skill, patience and great communication throughout this ordeal.

Full house re-pipe, with new water heater and softener installed. From start to finish this stressful process was made fantastic by this company. Their price was half what others charge and their work was flawless. My installer, a gentleman named Basilio was incredible. I was apprehensive that they only sent one guy for a 2200 sq. ft. house. He started on a Monday, worked the weekend and was done the following Monday. The holes they cut in the walls were many, but small - surgical on a house scale kind of thing. The drywall replacing, texturing and re-painting was, for me, the most astounding part of the whole job. You literally cannot tell where the holes were. Corny to say but 5 stars is simply not enough to express how good this experience was.
