Richard was able to diagnose my AC problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the problem with my AC. I will be using them again!

This was my first year using Delta Heating and Air through my home warranty company and this was the best referral thus are. Very responsive, affordable and great communication with service needs. Not a company out to get your money. Will definitely keep using them!!!
I was referred to Richard by the service supervisor at the local heating and AC company I worked for over a decade ago. I'm not sure, but I may be one of Delta's very first customers. Since that initial call to repair the heat pumps that came with the house, I've never felt any need to look elsewhere for AC service. We have separate AC (electric) and heating (was oil, now gas) systems. Richard gave me the opportunity to help plan out the replacement system and allowed me to ask all sorts of questions while he installed it. There was never any question that he'd be entrusted for the maintenance of those units. They're nine years old now, and still going strong. There was a manufacturing defect on one of the scroll compressors that took a lot of time and coordination on Richard's part to get sorted out and ultimately replaced. Bottom line: he never gave up trying to do right by his customer, and everything eventually worked out. It's always like that. This is the kind of small business owner you WANT to support, because he gives you the impression that you are his most important customer. It's just a giant bonus that he knows what he's doing. I can't recommend Delta strongly enough if you're tired of dealing with the larger HVAC companies around Richmond. It's a welcome change.
Richard gets it done right!
Delta has been our HVAC go to company for years. Richard is trustworthy and will not try to upsell you. He has repaired multiple systems for us at different homes and has replaced a unit for us. He even helped reconfigure the blower unit location during the replacement to make it where we could access half of our attic. Most recently, Delta replaced our 15 year old hot water heater with a new tankless unit. Richard cares about the quality of his work and you won’t be disappointed.
Delta Heating gave me a great price for my new Heating and AC system. I don't think I would have gotten the care and professionalism from some other HVAC companies. Over the years I've had companies come out and no one compared to Delta. Richard took his time and didn't rush my install. I had to have some modifications done. He didn't rush the modifications. He made sure they were done to spec. I could go on. All I have to say is get a quote from Delta H & AC. You will get a very fair quote and you won't be disappointed in Delta's workmanship if you decide to go with Delta.
Our Ac broke and we initially were doing business with another HVAC company long story short we were over charged, they kept trying to convince us to have a whole new system installed and our current unit was never even fixed entirely! My brother Recommended Richard and I am so so glad. Richard worked us into his schedule and pretty quickly found the issue that another reputable company did not. Plus he saved us a ton of money!!
Highly recommend company, very prompt, explained everything and Richard is a great guy to work with.
