Eric came to our house and presented us with 3 options of approach toward fixing our ac problem, without doing a systems check as a professional finding the leak, and giving us a quote. So he wound up just putting refrigerant in our system without any real professional plan of evaluating the problem, it was pathetic, he charged us $450 for two days of refrigerant we have had to stay in a warm house for now 2 days, said he would charge us if he comes back again for something he should have done the first time. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY!! Find a professional that stands behind his work
Eric was my tech and did an excellent job serving my unit and installing a new coil. Definitely recommend for any hvac needs!
Eric did a great job. He explained everything he was doing. He came out under CHW for one AC unit. He explained maintenance issues that were not covered by warranty as well as additional costs. He also found a problem with the 2nd unit. I had noticed some strange noise from the unit that was working but didn’t realize it was a problem. He checked that too and told what was needed to fix it. He was very thorough and I am confident that he is also competent. Everything he suggested made sense and both units are working much better now.
We made a heating system claim through CHW after the big Texas winter storm. Eric was our assigned technician. He showed up within the specified window and was very courteous and professionally competent. He methodically tested all the components, patiently explained what he was doing and quickly performed a furnace reset (including some sensor cleaning) which fixed our problem within 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend and reuse their service.
Very respectful. Great communication. Eric was our tech. Came out during the freeze and we're so very thankful he did that! The system sends a text with a direct number so you can reach out to the technician. They give an initial time block, but also tell you when they're on the way. Very, very helpful. Especially during this freeze. My family now gets to come back home!
The once every 10 year, massive snow storm came through Texas and we lost power for days, once it came back on, our heater never came back and the house was freezing. Delta sent out Eric Cannen who was incredible. He was personable, logical and completely helpful during a tough time. After a little inspection he found the problem and got our heater back up and running! Would call him back any time!

Eric showed through Choice Warranty. Had some issues with wiring. He fixed it quickly BUT told me that it is not covered by warranty and have to pay him $90 extra. I did pay him extra but was expecting he would tell me this before, not after!!
He explains very throughly in detail the issue that your having and how he “eric” can repair it and a timeline dealing with home warranty.
Our AC quit working. I have claimed thru Choice Home Warranty service on Sunday (5-03-2020). The CHW emailed and notified me an appt. with Delta Heating and AC on 5-07-2020 pm. Since my wife had chronicle medical condition and she was always home, she may not tolerate the heat, I called Delta phone line on Monday morning. When I call I would not sure if I can move the appt up... Luckily, Eric Cannon picked up my call. I have described my wife's med condition... and see if the appt can be moved up. With great sympathy to my wife's med condition and the immediate AC need, Eric agreed to consider work me in on Monday. After 2 hours, Eric called me and told me that he is about 10 minutes away from my house... That really made the Monday my happy day! Mr. Eric Cannon was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our AC problem in less than 1 hour just like a magician. I was very impressed with his professional skill, warm heart and the willingness to go extra miles. He did an excellent job to provide timely fine AC service for a patient who had an immediate AC need. When you have AC problem, Go Delta Heating and AC. Let Eric fix it for you if you are as lucky as me...
My old system broke down , After 3 company’s could not fix the problems , Eric was apple to fix it and make my system work again for reasonable price . Highly recommended

Great service Real patient and hears all your concerns although we had a wired troubles with our A/C unit but he didn't mind stoping thrice on a immediate request. And walks you trough with all the step he did in easy words. Great doing business with him Thanks you again
We had them install a new unit and we couldn’t be happier with the product and service. Eric was very knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job and gave us advice on maintaining the unit to get the most useful life out of it.
