Best HVAC installer in town!
Very quick response, had my old furnace fixed within 2 hours! Friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
I Highly recommend this company. My first time I have ever used them and they hit it out of the park! They went above and beyond with their customer service. They were very quick to respond, their receptionist was very helpful and nice, their technician Woody was honest and informative on how things worked on my furnace and what he was going to check step by step until he fixed it. During and after the repair, Woody even recommended and showed me how to make our home much safer. I give Del-Co Heating & Cooling an A+
I have used this company for many years now and they are Awesome A++ From calling the office and talking with LaDonna who is friendly and always helpful! .. to Woody saving the day! this tag team is #1 they save you a dime when they can ( this can not be said for most companies! ) they are super reliable, fair with pricing - and by fair I mean all repairs cost money, but they are better than anyone else I have ever dealt with! and an overall pleasure to deal with I will never call anyone else! Really, the best HVAC company, hands down. Called at 8:00 A.M. for the furnace which went out the previous night (one of the coldest of the year). They arrived before noon, quickly diagnosed the problem (I thought it might be an expensive motor, but instead turned out to be just an inexpensive part). R&R'd it quickly, spend time talking about furnace operational best practices, and made several other common sense, no-cost, recommendations. There was a minimal basic service charge, and the work performed was covered by it. The total bill completely surprised me how reasonable it was. I wouldn't just highly recommend this company, I'd say if you're in the Delaware area this is the ONLY HVAC company to use.
fantastic service and an incredible technician
Woody is great. This is the second system I've used him to do a fix and he was pleasant, prompt, and all around awesome just like he was the first time.
Woody (the tech) is great and knows what he is doing. The woman who answers the calls and deals with his scheduling is awful. She is nice but "nice" doesn't get the job done. Dealt with her for two different repair issues. Both times she did not do what she said she would do in terms of calling back about a part and keeping me informed about repairing our A/C. She is typically "out" of the office and communicating with a cell phone. It comes across as she is not focused on this business but is busy doing something else. Woody needs to take the calls and return calls. He would still have my business. Called Columbus/Worthington Air when I was jerked around for two days. They came out the next day. Calls were returned promptly and now my A/C works.
The best there is
Woody was fantastic! He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable. He talked us through everything he was doing and even assisted with our humidifier while he was here. He went above and beyond in every way. Woody and Delco will be the only HVAC services we use going forward. I can't recommend them enough.
After calling a few other heating and cooling companies, Del-Co was the only one who squeezed me in today instead of booking out 1-2 weeks like the other companies. I was given a possible window of time knowing that it could be up to 8 pm. However, the technician (Woody) showed up within 3 hours (or less) of me calling this morning. Luckily it was a quick fix and he had it fixed in roughly 20 minutes. The price was a lot less than what I had expected it to be. Thank you Woody and Del-Co for helping us so quickly today.
Very friendly and helpful people! Quick response and quick service even during busy time! They were willing to come to Marysville for me in a pinch during busy time when no other company in town would or seemed to even care to! No wonder this company has 5 stars!!
It’s late winter and the outside temps are hovering the freezing mark. My boiler had stopped working and the house is getting cold. I had called a couple other heating /cooling service places. The soonest either of them could be here would be more than 24 hours. Then I called Del Co. Their dispatcher said they would have someone out to see what was wrong yet today. A technician called Woody called a couple hours later and said he’d be here in twenty minutes. It took him less than a half an hour and he had found the problem. Woody was able to make the repair without any new parts. What more could you want? Quick, friendly, courteous, reasonably priced service. I’ll call them the next time I need repairs. Top shelf all the way.👍🏻
Excellent service response, wonderful gentleman Woody responded same day service how often does that happen on a 90 degree day especially for someone who has asthma. So grateful for this company thank you.
My furnace was out after work and I called 3 other people. One said they would do nothing for me and the other ones got back to me the next day. Delco came that night. Great service, friendly, and definitely know what they are doing.
