1 word - Trustworthy!! Our house was freezing cold and he arrived within minutes of calling him. He was very knowledgeable and competent when inspecting our furnace. He fixed the problem and tested every single mechanic to make sure that it was not only functional but practical. He took everything apart, cleaned it and put it back together. He even reprogrammed our thermostat so it worked on our phones. I highly recommend his services, this dude is dope. Trust me! Nuff respect to Mike! A real life blessing especially in this industry.
I got a hold of Mike, and I immediately knew, just by talking to him that he was the person I could trust to work on my AC. My AC system was working, as in it could turn on, but I was noticing our electric bill was skyrocketing. Mike came over and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my AC and why it was affecting my electric bill so much. It turned out that the condensing coils were in bad shape and the entire unit was not operating as efficiently as it could be. Mike took the time to make sure everything worked as it should, cleaned everything very nicely, made sure and was very diligent in everything he did. In about 2 hours of working, Mike had my AC system taken apart and put back together. The air in my house cooled faster and noticed the following month my electric bill had dropped by almost $200 dollars. His price was very fair and worth it. I have the electric bill to prove it. He gave our family comfort in knowing I could trust him in my home to fix my AC system and not try to rip me off, he didn't try to up sell me, or charge me more than necessary. He didn't try to just replace everything and was able to refurbish my entire HVAC system.
I was in need of getting my furnace working. I didn't know anything about how to get it working. I just know it wasn't working and it was freezing in my house. I found his business information, called him and sent him a text, which he replied back promptly. He kindly explained he was unable to answer his phone at the time, as he was busy, but he texted me back quickly. He scheduled a time to come over for later that day, and he showed up on-time, when he said he would. He was very kind, personable, and professional. He educated me and was transparent as to what parts were needed and how much time and cost, I was looking at. Which made me feel confident and good about having him do the work needed on my furnace. He spent diligent time troubleshooting and had my system up and running in no time. It was very much worth his asking price to have the peace of mind and comfort for my family and I to be warm.
