My warranty company assigned us to this company for our ac unit. I contacted DC the next day and he wouldn't give us a time or date when he could come out, "we'll get back to you later in the day". Nobody called. I called the next morning and got the same guy. He immediately spoke to me in an irritated tone. I definitely got upset. My wife is pregnant and we have no ac. I try to explain this and he decides to just cancel and refuse to work on out ac. He even had the nerve to tell me im recording this call so i wouldn't write a bad review.
We highly recommend DC heating and air conditioning (Daniel)...We've been using his services for several years...fair prices and great work!
Great work and honest pricing.
Had another company come out 5 times (Quality Mechanical) they couldn't get it tight. Daniel came out once and in no time the problem was fixed. Nice and professional along with knowledgeable.
Daniel was professional, courteous, and reasonable with his price. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our heating system. The problem was fixed promptly and I appreciated the fact that he spent extra time to answer additional questions that I had about our HVAC system.
