I’ve used this company multiple times for all of my homes and they are always responsive and handle emergencies swiftly. I’ve never waited more than 48 hrs for them to diagnose and repair. I highly recommend this company!
Amazing and professional service! Reynaldo was amazing and he took care of my repair needs. I was referred to him by my mom and brother. I would highly recommend Reynaldo and DB AIR conditioning to anyone who wants an honest, professional, responsive, etc., service company. I also want to mention his office manager, Irving. Always responded to my calls, texts, and emails (and there were numerous) without being frustrated or rude, just very caring and professional. I will definitely use DB and Reynaldo in the future (hopefully I won’t need their service…lol). Thank you very much and great job!!!
Great pricing and fast reliable service . My 20 year old AC unit died on a Saturday and I had a new AC unit installed by Tuesday. In AZ, being fast is important. They were professional and the most competitive price I could find.

Great service! Ray was easy to work with and gave a great explanation of what went wrong and repaired my system on the spot! He was diligent to check all vents to make sure air was properly pushing through. Would highly recommend.

Reynaldo performed a yearly service check up on my AC unit I purchased last year. He does great work and is always friendly and professional. I also believe he is quite reasonable. I highly recommend him for any AC work you need done.

We are extremely happy with DB A/C. They came out to check why our heating system is not working. They were quick in responding and advising our home warranty of the problem. It has now been approved to be fixed and DB will be fixing it for us. Mariana has been extremely good with communication and Ray, their technician, was excellent in explaining exactly what the problem was. Every time we called their office, the office Mariana went out of her way to assist us. We highly recommend DB A/C and we are extremely happy with them and cannot give them enough praise. Thank you all for being so kind in helping us with our heater problem. Bill & Louise Gillespie.
I was forced to use this company when getting my AC serviced through my home warranty company, and it was an absolute disaster. By far and away the worst customer experience that i have ever had. I had to take 2 days off work to stay at home because this company could not keep their time commitments. Originally they were scheduled to come Monday between 10-2, they didn't show up, then it moved from 3-5, no show, then it moved from 5-7 and they finally showed up. They showed up and brought the wrong size blower for my house, even though i already told them the exact part to bring since i had Penguin Air come check the system before they came for the repair. They put in the wrong size blower and promised to come back the next day which i was ok with since we had AC that was working. The next day rolls around, same story. 9-11, then 11-3, then 3-5, finally at 6 i call the tech and his "van broke down" and could not make it today and would have to come back tomorrow. Finally came back the next day and finished the job after 3 full days of nonstop terrible customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Update: had a reputable company clean up the shotty work performed by this company, here were the notes. Upon arrival system was cooling but the blower motor ran non stop. Customer had home warranty replace the blower motor prior to arrival today. Previous company replaced factory ECM blower motor with a truck stock PSE blower motor and did not install a relay. They wired the blower straight to the 240v line and that is why motor ran non stop. Again avoid at all costs!
I don't enjoy giving negative reviews. But i feel i need to speak out. Did not have a good experience. I have one air conditioner unit with two thermostats My air conditioner is still not working properly. Temp in the bedroom was 85 when the thermostat was set at 76. Another time the temp was 70 degrees when the thermostat was set to 78. Then it wouldn't shut off. They came out 5 times sent the same young kid. I keep telling them it might be the thermostat and they ignored me. Every time they tried to fix it the same problem persisted. I'm starting to wonder if the guy is a licensed tech. Would not recommend.
The gentleman was here exactly when he said he would be and did an excellent job. Thank you for coming on a Sunday. Highly recommend.
