Chris was very communicative and answered all our questions thoroughly. His was our second quote and came in at over 1K less than the first one. His crew was punctual, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely satisfied with the service from Day and Night A/C and highly recommend them!

Had this AC repair company assigned to me by our warranty company. They came out and evaluated the AC system. the problem was the AC was not cooling. Their repair tech told us we needed a new compressor and there would be an added cost for Freon over what the home warranty company covers. I checked the warranty contract, and it does only cover a portion of the Freon cost. Total added cost at this point would be $440.00. It July in Houston, and I like having AC. I tell them Okay proceed with the repair. They must order the compressor. 7 days later they email and say they have the compressor. BUT the cost has somehow changed now. It is now going to cost $790.00, because we need a disconnect box. So, I call the Home Warranty company, they tell me the disconnect box is covered. So, at this point I am feeling like they are trying to scam me. But I talk with the Day and Night AC tech, He tells me it is just a communication issues they had with the warranty company. So, the price goes back down to $440, and we schedule the repair. The day of the scheduled repair get a Text asking how I will be paying for the repair. I tell them by check. They then inform me that price has changed again. Remember I have been without AC for two weeks now. The new price is $540.00. Now I know it is a scam. But for and extra $100.00 over the agreed price I can have AC again. I just couldn't give in to the scam. I called the home warranty company and had them send out another AC to get a second opinion on the repair. It was five days before the second ac company could get us scheduled. Now three weeks with no AC. The repair man from the second ac company gets there and checks the system. He changes out the capacitor on the unit. which is covered under the warranty. I ask him about the compressor, Freon, and the disconnect box. He says no need for a Compressor. He checked the Freon levels, and it was good. As for the disconnect box it is good and working properly. No added cost the whole repai
Thank you Day & Night for fixing our AC and cleaning someone elses mess. We will definitely use Day & Night in the future. Kim was great with communicating with me when parts were in and the tech always called to let me know when they were on the way. Great Service!
I highly highly!!!! recommend day and night AC They did a great job repairing my unit. They went above and beyond to get it running right. They diagnosed and fixed the part that was malfunctioning the first time. No call backs. Call this company they do excellent work. Chris really know his stuff!!!!
After hiring to install “turn key” ductless split system (subcontractor was hired) half of the drain line was installed then I’m told they are not plumbers and I had to hire out rest. Lesson learned. You don’t get what you pay for...I payed top dollar to finish project and deal with city inspectors myself. Why did I hire Day and Night?🥴
I had an $8k product installed last year. The AC product has not worked correctly since installed. I have had multiple attempts by technician to try to correct. I have even had to pay over $1k service fees to have them work on a product that has never functioned correctly and is still under warranty. I still have no resolution, as they are saying it is the manufacturer’s issue. As a customer, I just want an AC that works. Although friendly staff, I would not recommend company at this time. My issues are very documented from the beginning of purchase.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Specifically with a tech, I believe named Johnathan. I was unimpressed with the punctuality, attitude, and personal hygiene. Wildly unprofessional. Showed up quite late, stinking as though he had just left a gym. Although, judging by the little girl chest he's never stepped foot in a gym. Quite rude and ignorant. Even trampled the flowerbeds. 0 out of 5, do not recommend.
Day & Night is a very knowledgeable, honest, and family oreinted company. Johnathan Ury was our Licensed contrator and he did a professional and timely job. My air conditioner went out this past Friday. I called my home warranty (American Home Shield) and the earliest the service tech from a company named Indoor Comfort Experts (ICE) was able to come out was Tuesday. The technician, named William, (also claimed to be the "owner of the company, ICE") was very rude from the beginning. I showed him where the ac was and he looked at it and asked if anyone tried fixing it. I told him no. He said that the capacitor was miswired and so someone tried fixing it. He did not attempt to fix the ac at all. He looked at our ac unit for about 5 min and decided he couldn’t fix it that someone else tried to fix it and shorted out the capacitor, disconnect, and damaged the compressor. He said he was going to write it up and that the warranty company was not going to fix it. I told him this invoice is false and he said they are an honest christian company and he is not making any money from this call. Also, I am 39 weeks pregnant and have a 2 year old child in the middle of a hot Texas summer and this tech saw this. So, I had to call my home warranty back and told them about the situation and they were able to send a licensed contractor from Day & Night AC & Heating out to look at my ac the very next day. The licensed contractor, Johnathan Ury, they sent was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my ac in less than 10 minutes by simply replacing the old capacitor with a new one. The technician, William from ICE, said I needed a whole new condenser unit which would've cost 1,000s of $$. I highly recommend Day and Night to family and friends and anyone!

Very professional. Probably the most thorough winter maintenance check of my HVAC systems I’ve ever experienced. Repairman Jonathan Ury recommended some drainpipe improvements which he accomplished with no charge. Knows his job..
What great service we received from Day & Night! From the friendliness of Kim on the phone, to the timeliness and knowledge of the technician Johnathon...everything was superb. They had a technician here in less than 30 min! Quality service, and I would recommend them to any of my family or friends!

This is the best home maintenance service company that I have ever dealt with. You do not find customer service like this anymore. They are carrying, knowledgeable and honest. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family.
Day and Night A/C is a simply stellar, exemplary, professional, and very ethical company to do business with as a customer. Kim, and her extremely knowledgeable, expert, technician, Chris, have saved our A/C repetitive times. We are so, so, completely, grateful to this fine company for the excellent service level they've rendered us for years now. Our system first had an atrociously bad algae clog, which had built up over the years all the way back up into our system's main drain-off tray. It was clogged hard, and Chris came, didn't waste any time at all cutting the plastic drain-off pipe from the unit, and then he used pressure to blow it out going in, as well as going out. It thunked hard algae all the way out the end and he fixed it. The next issue we had was even more horrendous. The A/C breakers were tripping and the fan and compressor wouldn't come on. Chris came and quickly realized that it could be either the: A/C breaker; the capacitor; or the compressor. He quickly deduced, or figured out, that we had a blown capacitor, and he literally saved our system, in 110 degree Houston heat, by replacing our bad capacitor with a new one. Day and Night A/C is the best company we know of to have service your home's most precious part, your air conditioning and heating, in Texas.
