They fix my furnace but they use very poor quality and wrong part.I can’t use my ac in the middle of the summer now.I couldn’t reach costumer service also.if AHS home warranty send you this company do not let them touch your AC .I would not recommend this business.

Dawson Services came out and needed to replace our HVAC unit this winter. They were a pleasure to work with. From the time they came out to look at the unit until the installation of the new unit it was seamless. Donna is who runs the office and she really knows her stuff and kept me in the loop throughout the process. If you need service for your HVAC system this is the company you need to call.

Our home warranty, Home Shield recommended Dawson Services as our technician for our A/C repair and our old A/Cis back to working. He was right in time and got straight to work. He had our A/C up and running in no time. He was also a joy to talk to and was very understanding of the needs ( sensory issues to noise) of my special needs son. Hightly recommend Dawson Services .

We were connected to Dawson Services through our warranty with AHS. De was our technician. He was prompt and professional. He identified our issue right away and clearly communicated his process in fixing it. Very thankful to De and the dispatcher who worked with our schedule. Thanks!

I got an email saying that I had written a bad review and therefore they would not do or would cancel the job. See below. "SORRY YOU GAVE US A BAD SCORE. I CALLED 2-10 LAST NIGHT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO GET YOU A CONTRACTOR TO BE ABLE TO DO A ROOF TOP UNIT. UNDERSTAND THE 1 STAR REVIEW IS ON DAWSON SERVICES NOT 2-10." While in actuality, they called to say they were unable to do the work because they do not have a ladder. I think they got someone else's review but have blamed it on me. Bottom line, if you write an honest review of the business you will get a nastygram from DAWSON SERVICES. Avoid them if they are so trivial

Tried to scam me and my insurance company telling me my furnace was unsafe and should have been replaced. No testing for the supposed problem (which another company did and showed it was safe to use). Tech was incredibly rude & irritable and they KICKED MY CAT! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I will FOREVER be a customer with Dawson Services! They were sent to us by American Home Shield after the first contractors they sent out failed. Dawson went above and beyond my expectations. Not only have they earned my business for life they have earned every one of my referrals! The first point of contact with Dawson was Donna and she was spectacular! She kept me informed throughout the whole process and was even able to get out earlier than expected to replace my furnace! The technicians who came out were not only respectful but informative and kept me in the loop of everything they were doing. Hands down the best service I have received, thank you again!

The company responded quickly to my service request placed via third party. They were friendly and eager to help me with my furnace issues. The technician, De arrived in a timely manner, was detailed and professional. De, also answered all my questions and ensured everything was working properly before leaving. I am grateful to have heat restore on Christmas Eve during the Arctic blast! Thank you Dawson!

Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. Dawson services showed up the next day, diagnosed the problem, found the part, and had it installed and the furnace running the very next day. De was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and straightforward. He worked efficiently and got the job done right the first time. Highly recommend De and Dawson Services for your HVAC repairs!

My 85 year old mother had her air conditioner serviced by this company. The air conditioner does not work. When my mother called to have them come out to look at it, they told her that she must pay for another service call because there was nothing wrong with her unit the last time they came out in January. She called yesterday when it was 90+ degrees. My mother explained that she is 85 with a heart condition, the lady on the phone sais that nothing she could do about that and hung up on mom.

American home shield sent this company out twice for our HVAC issues. Both times the claims were denied bc dawson services told the warranty company that the unit was not taken care of and was dirty. It seems to be a scam where American home shield sends them out, pays them for the service call, then in return dawsons makes certain the warranty company does not have to pay out anything more for any repair. Not to mention three weeks went by where they didn't bother to contact me. I had to contact them and they told me I should have contacted the warranty company. The contractor was also rude on the phone bc my wife was at home and I was at work. He wouldn't have talked to me with that condescending tone with me standing in front of him. This company is the worst.

The lady who schedules the appointments are extremely rude, racist, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. For a customer to be treated in such an inhumane manner is totally unacceptable. Customer service should be a number 1 priority and from what I have be shown these people has no respect for the customers. She spoke to me as if I were her child in a very condescending way. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU WANT TO BE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER BECAUSE SHE HAS NO INTEGRITY OR PROFESSIONALISM

Dawson was assigned by our AHS Home Warranty. DE came out promptly and had us back up and running in less than an hour-and-a-half. DE also answered my questions honestly and completely, and I had quite a few as a new homeowner. Would definitely use again.

My experience was great with this company and I would highly recommend. I had an issue getting on the schedule with another company through AHS and Dawson saved the day!! With this snowstorm coming in and my heat going out I was panicking. I went through AHS, they contacted Dawson and they got me on the schedule for the following morning. Tech Dee was on time, professional, friendly and explained the issue along with answering other questions we had. My heat is working and I am very happy. Thank you

The Dawson Technician arrived on time and wasted no time getting right to work!! He found the problem and resolved it in no time! He was very professional There was no mess no fuss . I was very impressed!

What a fantastic team to work with! Tim, Donna, Dee, Dan, and Robert….in the order that I met them. They were very prompt to get my service done, where I found out I had a cracked heat exchanger. They then turned it over to the warranty company (that’s a whole other story about them and their service) but as soon as the furnace was available, they had a team out here to perform the installation. I have a lovely new furnace and heat again in my house. I am so grateful for the work Dawson has done and their amazing employees. Thank you Dawson!

The staff of Dawson Services is nothing short of amazing and personable. De, the owner, always takes time to explain what was done, what the issue was, and if there is anything I can do in the event the problem occurs again. I have a very stubborn oil burning furnace and not a lot of HVAC service companies in my area are well versed in issues with this specific furnace. I am beyond happy with my experience and I would recommend De and his team to anyone and everyone.
