This manager/owner reached out to me pleading with me. "This is not how we do business". No one will return my calls. They ask me to cancel an appointment with another contractor, so I can give him a second chance. I did. They don't show up and won't return calls. Now I cannot get another appointment for 2 weeks. I will keep adding to this until my AC is fixed. Well, I gave them a 2nd chance. Actually a 4th chance. The manager who responded asked for a second chance. He said that's not how they do business. The appointment was made and no one showed up. They ate worthless. I have had no AC for weeks, the temperatures have been upper 90's and 100. This place can care less. They all need to be fired. A manager responded to my review. He was very professional. Based on our conversation, I have decided to give this company a second chance. I will not let the experience from one technician dictate for the whole of the company. My home wares type uses this place. The contractor canceled first visit after calling one time. He called and 3 minutes after we called sent message to warranty company that we didn't answer. The second appointment, he showed up and left because A/C was running and said it didn't look broke to him. The third time, he never showed up. He called and asked is A/C working? My wife told him for right now, so he said he won't come. The last time he was here for 5 minutes, he said, when it stops, all we had to do was call and he would be right there. He don't answer phone or texts. This last time we called him one hour after he canceled, he said he's too far, he don't have time. He's lazy, he doesn't want to work....it seems like. Your reply tells you can only fix problems that are easy. So, if a client calls telling you their A/C keeps shutting off and turns on periodically you cannot trouble shoot. Plus your tech did not wait 3 minutes for us to call back. He cancelleled right after he called He lied to me when he said to call him immediately if t

My AC was not working, it was extremely hot. I made a claim on my home warranty late at night. This company showed up the following morning. Brandon was extremely courteous, professional, and explained everything to me. The home warranty company only covered a part that was less than what I had originally, so Brandon drove to Home Depot and picked up the same part I had. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
