I would not use any other heating and air service. From their excellent response time to their customer service skills, they are top notch professionals who get to the root of the issue and care about their customers.
This company has been a pleasure to work with. We’ve been on a yearly maintenance program with them for a few years and Derek has always done a great job. He’s very friendly and has a lot of integrity.

What a fantastic company! I have used Davis Heating for the past few years and have never been disappointed. Derrick came out 2/13 to do yearly maintenance. We always look forward to seeing him because we know he will do an outstanding job. He feels like a member of our family and he is always professional, detail oriented, and always explains what he is doing. We love Derrick and all the staff at Davis Heating & Air.
Great company! They sent someone right out and fixed our problem right away. Derrick noticed our heat wasn't as hot as it should be and fixed a feature of the heat pump we didn't know was missing. We're going to end up saving money due to this quality service!
Derrick came out the same day I called and installed a new thermostat on my heating and cooling system. Derrick was very professional and knew exactly what to do to get the job done right. I have a 2500 square foot home, my Heating unit stopped working and they came to home to tell me they would return Tuesday! It's Friday and the temperature is 12 degrees!! They provided two space heaters for a open floor plan with up and downstairs!! This is not emergency service repair!!! Disappointed frustrating and horrible service!
Davis Heating & Air is the best. I had an unusual request, that I only need my new HVAC systems line set extended and evacuated. No one else would even return my calls, but Davis did. They sent Derrick out and within a couple hours he had the work completed and everything was working as it should. Derrick was very professional and easy to work with. I will be using Davis Heating & Air from now on, and telling everyone that I know that they should call them as well.
Thursday: Our AC goes out and we call Company A. Friday: Company A comes out and fixes it, costs $1400. Saturday: Our AC goes out and we call Company A. Sunday: Company A comes out and fixes it, it costs $1500, but they do give us a $100 discount. Wednesday: Our AC goes out and we call Davis Heating and Air because a third strike seems generous at this point. Derrick comes out the same day, fixes a fan board and the total cost is less than $300. He was professional and efficient. I appreciate the work that was done. We've learned our lesson and will be using Davis Heating and Air from now on.

The fact that we never received a receipt or invoice of services done after numerous requests lead me to believe something is wrong. Seem to have major issues when the home warranty company refer them
