Did an excellent job repairing our AC unit -highly recommend!
I am happy to provide a review for Davis Electric's furnace replacement services. Mr. Davis and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Firstly, I appreciate how Mr. Davis took the time to thoroughly explain the replacement process and the different options available to me. He was patient in answering all of my questions and provided me with honest advice on what would work best for my home. The actual replacement of the furnace was carried out seamlessly. The team arrived on time, with all the necessary equipment and materials. They worked diligently and with great attention to detail, ensuring that everything was installed properly and functioning optimally before they left. I found Adam's information online and contacted him about looking into an issue I was experiencing with the electrical outlet supplying power to my sump pump. Adam was extremely prompt in his reply, and we had an a next-day service appointment scheduled within 15 minutes of my initial message. While Adam was at our house, he diagnosed and repaired the suspected issue right away. Later on in the same day, Adam followed up to see how my own repairs were coming along, and when I told him I had hit a snag, he offered to come lend a hand, which I gladly accepted. I was extremely happy with his punctuality, his communication on different options/methods of repair, his knowledge and expertise, and lastly but not least - the personal follow-up after Adam had completed his work at my house. It was a very reaffirming feeling to know that we made the right choice in asking Adam to help with our repairs. We did not feel that we were "just another job" until the day was done. Would recommend him to any family or friend!
